Second Time Around Computers

Went very smoothly and well. Handled smoothly, courteously, and on time as predicted. This met the challenge of moving files from Windows XP to Windows 7 operating system, which can be challenging and time-consuming. That saved me a lot of time and uncertainty, for a reasonable price. Well done, and a big relief.

It was really well. It was a reasonable price for what they did. I'm not young, they were not in the least bit condescending to me because I'm not computer savvy particularly, you know what I mean? They were very courteous and professional and they did not make me feel like I'm a dumb old lady. It was very good. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I thought it was a fair price for the service and the goods that we got. They have also good follow up. They are very responsive. They did pretty well all around, I thought.

I went to this place since I prefer to support smaller local business whenever possible, but I got stung. In the first place they are very Christian, but at the same time extreme gun advocates advertising both beliefs in their store, so I should have seen the red flag pop up but I went ahead anyway.... What these people do is: 1.) Fail to tell me that the dead battery was not replaced, as part of the deal. 2.) Sell me a $40. desk- top router, knowing full well that I could do without it by getting a different cable router from Comcast. 3.) Not giving me a refund for the desk-top router since they had a small sign plus small print on the receipt saying all sales are final. 4.) Putting dates on the receipts a year early so as to not have to honor, a 90 day warranty. and finally 5.) Charging twice the price for such services at other stores, such as Wall Mart, Best Buy, Costco, Ebay, or Amazon.

We have taken computer issues to them multiple times and have always received prompt, courteous service and reasonable prices. We bought a refurbished computer from them and when, several months later, there was an issue, they fixed it at no charge. I highly recommend them.
