+ -1 moreMark Schramer, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable, polite, good-natured, and punctual. During both projects, Mark (or someone on his crew) showed up every day. This kept both our projects moving along efficiently, and the workmanship of Mark and his crew was excellent.
Description of Work: Schramer Construction remodeled our master bath in 2009. As part of their service, they included free consulting with a designer, who helped greatly with cost containment and with choices of materials and colors. Schramer then tore out everything and installed everything new. We were so happy with their work that we hired them in 2010 to remodel our kitchen. Again, we were able to consult with their designer free of charge, which helped greatly. And as with the master bath, they tore out everything and installed everything new.
