Casey and Aaron were a class act who did fantastic work. Because of the excellence of each and every task they performed for us, we had them do much more than originally intended. They are punctual, fair, and full of ingenuity when faced with a puzzling problem. And Casey always found a solution! You will not go wrong in hiring Casey for any type of handyman job!

It is hard to find a good contractor. Sometimes they don't call/email back, charge too much, don't show up, etc. And so, I look for a contractor I can trust, is a good consistent communicator, meets my budget and does great work. Casey met and exceeded all of these. If I could give him a higher score than an A+ I would. He showed up when he said he would. He texted or emailed me every night for a small check in about the project. He even texted me from the hospital when his wife was giving birth. The guy is committed! His work was awesome. I couldn't be happier with the deck. And to top it off he came in $700 under the original estimate! I originally got three estimates from three different contractors. I am very happy that I went with Casey. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else that asked! I believe you can trust him to be honest, not gouge you on hidden costs or mark ups, and follow through with what he promises. I will also be having him back to do some other projects around my home.

Casey is informative, efficient, and punctual. He came up with a fencing solution for us and neighbors. He and his crew kicked butt, and we'd definitely call him again.

He was extremely professional, punctional and knowlageable. He purchased the grab bars for us and placed them in the bathroom. He went to the store and priced the grab bars and gave us a quote within 24 hours. It was nice to have someone come and be able to so several small jobs that needed to be done. Will certainly keep his number and use him again if we need someone.

I have had Casey work my property multiple times per year over the last 6 years and his service and quality of work has never wavered. He responds promptly and courteously to any inquiry within 24 hours (often by the same day), he does wonderful work, is respectful and super honest, and keeps you well informed. I wish all service providers were as good. So many providers are good the first few times to get your business and then slowly slack off. Not Casey. He is as good now (after 6 years) as he was the very first time he worked the property. I'd have him work my new property, but it's too far out of his service area - I just can't find anybody as dependable. The work usually takes between 8-14 hours to complete, which is quite efficient considering the work load. We are selling the house that Casey kept in great shape this summer (2017) and will be sorry to loose him. But, our loss is your gain. I whole-heartedly endorse Casey for outside and inside maintenance, repair, etc.

This guy is money. You should use him. On top of it all, he took care of everything five days faster than any one else I called. Simply amazing.

Very well. The new frame around the door is properly sealed, and the new door opens more easily than the old one.

Very well. Though Casey maintains a very busy schedule, he and his assistant Misty were able to fit the repair into their schedule soon after receiving my call. It turned out that one of the rollers had fallen off of the garage door, which was putting tremendous stress on certain parts of the door. In time, the door would have buckled and collapsed. Casey, with Misty's assistance, worked efficiently to repair the door, which required making some adjustments to the area where the problem occurred. Before leaving, Casey tightened every screw and nut, and he lubed the door in all of the necessary places. it now works perfectly.

Quality work and attention to detail. He found some rot, prepped it for Winter Season and will replace the board next Summer when we will have dryer weather. I'm relieved to have found a reliable "Handy Man" in the area to rely on through Angie's List. Thank you Angie!

Hired Casey a couple of times. The first year he did a quick thorough job. The second time he had a helper, came late in the day and said they could get it done before dark. They left the three most difficult gutters untouched, which I discovered after paying him. When I called him he apologized and said he would be back the next day. Never showed. Never returned subsequent calls. I think it was hit and run job that hit late and ran when time and light ran out.

As always, they worked efficiently and did an excellent job.

Everything went perfectly. Casey not only itemized the bill, he split the cost for my neighbor and I so we didn't have to figure out who owed what. Gate costs were mine alone ;-) I will use Casey again when the need arises. He was very professional had all the supplies he needed on hand before he got here and knew exactly what needed to be done and did it efficiently. Clean up was great, and they even took a pile of yard waste I left in the middle of my lawn.

not only did he fix the leak, but he cleaned the gutters and checked the rest of the roof to make sure it was in good shape. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He was not only thorough, very friendly, reasonable and quick.

Casey Rowcliffe is a personable guy with INTEGRITY. EXCELLENT communication and follow through. He took care of arrangements for the tires, paint, and oil on the property. He cleaned up scrap and debris resembling a junkyard for 3 lots. He took down chicken wire, metal rods, and hauled off broken furniture. He and his worker arrived promptly and worked a day and a half, non stop. It looks like a completely different place now. Casey offered suggestions that were practical and timely. He is thoughtful, pleasant, respectful. I will definitely use him and his crew again!

We first had Casey work on the front fence scope. We sent a couple photos and then met him at the lumber yard and ended up settling on sun lumber. He did a great job analyzing the job materials needs and coordinated their purchase and delivery. We then had Casey work on a large staircase that came off our front deck. Again, he did a great job polishing it up and made it look amazing. Casey is extremely hard working as is his crew. The end product is high quality and the price is very reasonable.

Casey was able to fit us in with only about a week notice, as this was not a big job, and something he could take care of completely in the morning at our house. We really appreciate that he made an effort to come quickly as our old mailbox post was rotting away and about to fall. He took care of everything to our complete satisfaction. Casey was very prompt and showed up on time, ready to start. He already purchased bags of concrete mix to use and did a very professional job of centering, leveling, and installing our new mailbox post. He even knew about building code and made it the correct height. Casey showed me everything before the job, explained exactly what he was thinking, and made sure everything was okay with me before he started. After he started, he was done in about two or maybe approaching three hours with everything - the mailbox post and the tree trimmings. To set the post correctly it had to sit overnight and he came back the next morning (early) to re-attach the mailbox to the post. He made it perfect and we are happy. He also shared a lot of knowledge about the outside of our house and answered all our questions completely! Thanks.

Casey first came and spent time evaluating the drainage on my property, why the garage footing was settling and looking at all options. After confirming the necessity for the drain, he answered my questions and explained the details, i.e. where it should be located, the depth it would be at the starting point, type of drain rock and pipe needed and how connecting two gutter outlets into the drain would also solve some yard flooding. Casey and his team of 2 installed a 100 foot yard/french drain starting on the side of the garage extending all the way through my back yard, through two fence openings and out to the back of my property. Casey planned all the details of the project from calling to get utilities marked on the side of the garage to renting the mini excavator/other equipment, getting drain rock delivered, manpower, etc. Casey and team put tarps down and all the soil excavated from the drain trench was wheelbarrowed to a trailer and hauled away, so the existing yard/turf were not damaged so everything was very neat when finished. I wanted a gravel walkway over the top of the first 50 feet of the drain, so Casey used a sod cutter to make a 3 foot wide path, covered with landscape cloth and then put gravel on top to create the walkway; the rest of the drain was covered with cloth and then the original sod was laid back down. We haven't had a lot of rain, but all seems to be draining well and after watering, the sod has grown back over where the drain was installed so the back yard looks great! Installation of this drain was a three day job - Casey and his team worked really hard, did a great job, and were very neat and professional. Casey also fixed the gate door to my back fence and rerouted my front gutter to drain better!

Casey is a rock star. His rate seems high until you watch him move through your place with absolute efficiency fixing everything in his path. I've been surprised both times with just how fair his bills ended up being, as he does stuff right the first time and only bills for the time he works. I may have paid double for a lot more hours of half --- work if I'd gone with someone else. I wish he was available for all my rental projects, as I'm sick of working with people who don't get the job done. I think this is where Angie's List really works. The guys that have five star reviews make good money and work really hard to keep getting those reviews.

We had a very large load of soil to move from our house across the street to our neighbor. Mr. Rowcliffe was able to do this the next day following our call. He and his employee did this fast and did a fantastic job. The total below is the work, the rental of the transport machine and tax. I am guessing they moved approx. 20 yards.
