Description of Work: Replaced rotted facia board on roof, cleaned/inspected chimney, cleaned gutters, trimmed trees back from roofline checked out water under house and explained how to fix. Will set up date in spring to remedy this problem

Description of Work: Called Mr. Rowcliffe on Dec. 6th and he arrived at 9:30 Dec. 7th. Cleaned the gutters, pounded nails back in to hold the gutters on, put new screens over the downspouts, and when asked hammered a board back on the house. All in all did a good job. He was fast but efficient. Yes, I have his card and will call again.
