Description of Work: I had some ridge caps that had blown off the roof during ongoing wind and rain storms. Casey explained that there is a gap under the caps that would let the rain in. He was able to come over right away to nail the caps back in place. (He even cleaned out the clogged gutter downspouts while he was on the roof!)I have had Casey over before, and he is quick, with reasonable charges, and very knowledgeable.

Description of Work: An exceptional team of professionals! Casey and his team are now (in my eyes) certified Ikea furniture assemblers!!! I had quite a bit of Ikea furniture to assemble and they did it flawlessly! They also spent a day and a half professionally landscaping and completely re-vamping my yard...I don't think anyone did anything to my yard for at least 20 years! My neighbors say it looks like a new house!! How refreshing to be presented with an itemized bill!! I have already scheduled Rowcliffe's HM Services for 2 days in November 2015. 5 Star Service!!!

Description of Work: We use Casey Rowcliffe exclusively as our handyman for the past three years. He has repaired our deck(s), cleaned our roof and gutters, installed new downspouts, repaired storm damage to our dog kennel and removed fallen tree limbs and debris after winter storms. Various projects ranged in size from $250 to approx. $1,000. He is honest, reliable and a good worker.

Description of Work: Casey assessed and corrected a problem with water drainage that was damaging a wall of our house. He diverted the flow, building an underground drainage tube and covering with rocks-looks awesome. We have booked him for other repairs next summer. He is so good he is very busy and we were lucky he had time open to help us.

We feel that we found a great resource to help with our home maintenance and have no reservations about calling Casey for any future upcoming work. Excellent work thank you.
Description of Work: Casey Rowcliffe cleaned our roof, gutters, sky lights and power washed the second story of our house. After those tasks were completed he also put down moss prevention. He also replaced all the down spout guards.

 + 6 moreHe's a really hard worker and never, ever goofs off when on the clock. We're just getting ready to call him to have him pressure wash and paint our concrete driveway. If the qualities of honesty, integrity and pride in a job well done are things you admire, he's your guy.
Description of Work: Casey has provided excellent services for us for over two years. He moss proofed our roof, pressure washed our decks, built a rockery, did landscape maintenance, laid new bark, gravel and river rock on a very steep hill. He also assisted our contractor in the building of a sewing room.
