real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreOverall, the appraisal went fairly smooth, lasted about 30 minutes. Appraiser was very friendly, took lots of photos. I had to indicate the presence of a couple things in the home like attic spaces and crawl space. Very few questions were asked, I was given an opportunity to describe updates since prior appraisal. The appraisers records of the property were very out dated but he was very willing to update them to his observations and historical information I could provide. The appraised value was fair.
Description of Work: Appraisal for refinance on single family dwelling, primary residence.
