One thing I have always found to be true about Brent and his crew is they take the extra step to make the job perfect. I never feel disappointed with their work or feel like I spent too much for their services.

For a number of years our condominium complex has had problems with water intrusion into the crawlspaces under several of the units. Up until recently, the 'quick fix' for the problem was to occasionally have the crawlspaces pumped out. This actually was not even a 'quick fix' solution as within a week or two the water was back and over time this water can cause serious problems with both mold and rot of the building structure. Premium Septic suggested several different solutions to first, keep out as much water as possible, then handle the water that was in the crawlspace, and also keep any water vapor from rising into the living space. Brent Moa, the owner came out, looked the problem over and knew exactly what needed to be done. He explained everything so that everyone knew just what he was going to do. The workers that worked with Brent also knew exactly what they were doing and did an excellent job. Brent has over 8 years of septic field and on-site waste water field experience. He suggested we use a passive drainage system so as to minimize having to install sump pumps which eventually have to be replaced. So far this has worked out just like he said it would. We only had to add one new sump pump where passive drainage could not be achieved. I've never seen a harder working group of people and everyone involved was totally professional in every respect. They showed up on time, were always courteous and respectful to the residents and their homes, and cleaned up when they were finished for the day. On top of that Brent gave us a fair price for the job and even came in a little under bid. Our experience with Premium Septic Services was great and I'd recommend this company to anyone needing this type of work done.
