+ -1 moreI took the laptop to them; they had it fixed in about 3-4 days. It works like a new laptop now. They also helped repair the hinges on the side so that it won't be wobbly when I try to open and close. He has done a good job. The experience was good. There were very few technicians besides myself that I would actually trust customers to go to. If I can’t fix anything I send it there. The price is definitely a good plus, because a lot of people over charge for something like this. But all they do is flat $100 for a fix.
Description of Work: I used Northwest Computer, in the month of January. Power jack on my laptop had broken and it was falling out and the battery wouldn’t charge. I paid $100 for this work.
