 + -1 moreBrought truck in for windshield rock chip repair while I waited. When it was done, I asked who do I pay and he said "It's the end of the day, no charge." I pulled out my wallet and offered but he just asked me to come back when I need his service. Smart businessman. Good reputation and quality work. I'll definitely bring my business to him.

 + -1 moreThe repair could not have gone better. I had some minor problems of my own, and Marc could not have been more supportive adjusting their schedule, coordinating with the Olsen body-work, and assisting me to and from home. When finished, I inspected the work and it was excellent and overall professional. I expect to have them replace another windshield (with more cracks), without hesitation.
Description of Work: At 280,000 miles, (many trips cross-country on Interstates), my Suburban front windshield was showing overall "sand-blasting" erosion, with a few pits on the front surface. It was becoming a serious safety problem, reducing night vision. In addition there was a long crack spreading across the top. One late-night return up I-5 from Seattle convinced me it's safe-life was over; it must be replaced. I got several proposals. On Thursday after Christmas, co-incident with some body-door work at Olsen Auto Body, I had Mt Baker Auto Glass replace the front window.

 + -1 moreI had a great experience with this company. Excellent customer service and quality work. My rear power window was stuck down, and a friend recommended this shop. I placed a call to their office, and the woman I spoke with was very well-mannered and friendly. The repair tech showed up at my workplace within an hour, also well-mannered and friendly, and fixed the window in about 10 minutes. Haven't had a single problem with it since. I will definitely use Mt. Baker Auto Glass in the future for any auto glass needs.
