Both the extremely reasonable quote and the finished job was completed as promised. The home looks fantastic with the new color combinations. It was a bit difficult setting a mutually convenient time as it was during the peak of the season, however, I am very happy with Santiago's team and their workmanship. I would highly recommend their services. No mess around the house and they cleaned beyond my expectations!

MJD construction was fast and they left the job so clean. They did a wonderful job of painting after they Caulked and pressure washed the house. I told him that the deck didn't need to be pressure wash but they did that too.

Santiago's team worked efficiently but without rushing the fence building. The final project was completed as promised and in line with the estimate - no surprises. I would definitely hire them again.

Santiago and his wonderful crew were great. My neighbor and I had our houses painted at the same time; Santiago brought a crew fabulous enough to do both jobs, and worked alongside of them both days. They do high-quality work in a timely manner, with integrity, and for a fair price. After painting, I worked with Santiago again to replace out exterior decking. It was another seamless experience. I'd work with them again in a heartbeat.

If 10 stars were available, we would have given them 12+. Extraordinary experience working with Santiago and his fabulous crews. Santiago states what he can do, how he will do it, and achieves the work as promised!!!!! MJD Construction completed roof cleaning, pressure wash and prep to house walls, wrap around deck, and second story deck. Everything was done is a professional and remarkably timely manner. We are really thrilled with the final outcome. We are happy to provide any reference to our project. AND likely use MJD Construction again, this time for interior work.

Great communication and customer service before the job. We had a delay in starting our project on our end, but they were available when we needed them the next week. They completed the whole exterior of the house in one day, and it looks great. Santiago let us purchase the paint on our own and it saved us a couple hundred dollars. Canâ t wait to use them again.

Santiago was out the day i reached out, gave me a quote, had his crew out the next week and finished my house in two days..also did my neighbors. He is first on my list for painting or construction now!

They painted the exterior of my house, overhang, and deck railing, also had the deck stained . Everything looks spectacular. Work was done fast and paint and stain used was good quality. They worked until 7pm some nights and even came and did work on a saturday. Looks like a family business, and all did great work. Everyone was very nice. Got fast replies when I emailed with questions. Super fast service as well. Would very highly recommend.

Project: Paint exterior house and trim Like so many other reviewers, I was very happy with the work done by Santiago and his team. He was prompt for the initial appointment, sent me a bid within 48 hours, and had his crew on the job within days of my commitment to hire. The job was completed in just 4 days and the house looks terrific! Every aspect was handled with professionalism and courtesy. I feel fortunate to have found Santiago/MJD Construction and will keep his business card close at hand for future projects. I've already recommended him to friends who want painting done.

I got three bids. Santiago/MJD was the middle bid. I chose him because he had such rave reviews. He has been in business the longest. When we walked the property, he noticed that there was some dry rot in the siding, and that the roof needed some flashing. He started the job sooner than scheduled, finished earlier than expected... and he did a beautiful job! If I could give him six stars, I would.
