Work commenced and was completed as promised, on-time and to the dollar. A pleasure to work with, totally competent and reliable. My go-to contractor for all home improvement and maintenance projects from this point forward. All work including cleanup was excellent.

Santiago promptly gave us a very reasonable bid for painting our 2 story outdoor fireplace. He and his team do great work! Although this was a small project, he worked it into his schedule so that it was completed by the time we had requested. We plan to hire MJD Construction next spring/summer for painting our entire house!

MJD painted our exterior and select interior along with cabinets in the kitchen, they did a great job. They also worked on our bathroom remodel and did a very nice job as well. I can recommend them with confidence.
