 + -1 moreDave is the most honest, reliable, fair and talented contractor I have ever dealt with. I have seen Dave transform derelict rooms into showcases, doing all of the work himself, in an incredibly timely fashion. Unlike other contractors I have worked with, Dave prides himself on staying focused, on getting jobs done on time and within budget. He is punctual and always respectful of my time. His pricing is fair and he lives up to his ideals with regards to the environment and his interactions with people. He has integrity and that is a quality that is in short supply these days. I strongly recommend Mindful Construction for building projects, handy man projects and also for beautiful, woodwork decor items (that Dave makes himself.)
Description of Work: Various projects, the biggest of which was an outdoor cat enclosure...(which is beautiful)... along with smaller, utilitarian pieces that I use in the home. I've known Dave Gallant for 20 years. He's done numerous small-scale building projects for me during this time.
