+ 0 moreIt went better than expected. They pulled the pillar apart found the source of the leak, brought me in and showed me it and then referred me to a body shop. All at no charge. I am coming back for ever!
Description of Work: They had replaced a broken windshield on the honda oddessy 3 years ago. I called and asked if they remembered. They pulled up great records right away. A leak had developed over the left front door pillar. I thought it may have been windshield related. Louis Auto Glass offered an appointment right away and let me know up front the diagnostic would be $64 and it would apply to to the repair if I chose to go ahead.

+ -1 moreThe staff went out of their way to give me the exact day and time that I requested for the repair. One of the staff took me out to the lot for a loaner car. The loaner car was such a plus. Instead of sitting in the waiting room for hours I was able to run errands, then bring groceries home. Once I returned to pick up my car, I had to wait for a customer who was procrastinating over a new out of pocket windshield for an old car. After a minute, the receptionist called so one up front so I wouldn't have to wait any longer. That was so thoughtful of her. Overall, my experience with all staff at Lewis Auto Glass was very positive. I would use them again and readily recommend them.
Description of Work: Lewis Auto Glass replaced my cracked windshield. Since my car is 2014 model, they made sure that they got the exact windshield from the dealer. I paid $250, my co-pay.

Description of Work: Replaced the windsheild (I have glass coverage) on my 2008 Corolla. Fast, and 3 summer months later, its all good. No leaks and no damage done whilr they installed it. Did it super quick too and did all the paprtwork with my Insurance. Totally Pain-Free. If you need glass, ask Louis!

+ -1 moreIt went great. We received the glass and took it to another shop to have it etched with a custom design before they installed it. They were very good about making sure everything was exactly as ordered before we picked it up. They were on time and very professional from taking the measurements to the final installation. We would use them again in a minute. We actually did. One of our cars needed a new windshield and we had them install it. Once again, prompt service and an excellent install.
Description of Work: We purchased a high end European Style shower enclosure from them. It ran from floor to ceiling with a rotating transom made from 1/2" glass. This was for a steam shower so getting a good seal was critical. This company did everything they said they would, when they said they would and for the agreed upon price. (Which was the lowest of the several companies I contacted.) They were very easy to work with and were always looking out for the critical fittings required for the job. They also were great at staying in communication during the process. When there was a change in the schedule, they moved it up, the got on the phone and asked if for the change immediately. They were also very good working with the manufacturer of the glass system and checked over all the parts before they came out to install the system.
