Lori Jo will work tirelessly for you, answer ALL your questions (no matter how naïve), and take you out to see more real estate in one day than you thought possible! All we knew about Bellingham when we arrived was that we really liked it. Lori Jo took great care to help us understand the different neighborhoods, advantages and disadvantages of each listing that we visited. Also, she was immensely patient with our changing ideas of what we thought we wanted…an important attribute when dealing with baby boomer couples trying to plan for their place to retire! And, perhaps most importantly, we had FUN doing it! When your whole life is about to change, lots of laughter and the beginning bonds of friendship were essential to our experience.

Lori was extremely helpful and courteous throughout. It was an unusual situation since I currently live out of state. she had to work with my brother who was local and plan around when I was in town. She was my local representative and made sure everything got done and closed on the property on time. She was willing to work with me remotely and gave sound advice for putting a winning bid on a property in a very competitive market.

The mobile home purchase went quickly and seamlessly once I was satisfied that the home and community were a good fit. I have no regrets. In March of 2015 Lori Jo listed my condo locally and on u-tube. The pictures revealed the excellent lighting, storage space, new appliances, and spacious rooms. I had a purchase agreement after a couple of weeks, and closed within one month of listing. Lori Jo was always responsive to my questions on email or the phone and we communicated daily during the sales process. This quick sale was remarkable given the construction project ongoing at the condo complex and the fact that condos rarely sold quickly in this area. While there was a brief period of price negotiation, the selling price was well within my own expectation. Lori Jo is always welcoming and upbeat towards people. I would gladly use her as an agent again, and am happy to refer her to others.

Lori Jo is one of the greatest real estate agents anyone could have. She sold our old home and then helped us find and purchase our new home. She researched houses for us. Took us on Numerous go-sees. and let me tell you there were a lot! She never got impatient and was always looking out for our best interest and not her bottom line. We went through an exhausting negotiation for a house that ultimately fell through and Lori Jo was always supportive and encouraging. We did end up finding a home that was a perfect fit. We hired Lori Jo after having unsuccessfully listed our home for sale the prior year. With Lori Jo we were able to sell it in a matter of months and then started the tenuous mission of looking for and purchasing a new house. We had our hearts set on a house that unfortunately turned into a nightmare of negotiations and inspections with the seller.
