LAND ROOFING

Description of Work: I have used Land Roofing on 2 occassions. The first was an emergency repair and Eugene was very quick to come out and do the repair and fix the leak. The second was to do a full cleaning of the roof and to put in a drainage system along the side of the house (no gutters). I have been very happy with his service and would recommend.

Description of Work: I called the company to remove some debris from the roof of my two-story home, and asked for the roof to be inspected for any more problem areas in preparation for winter. Eugene Torres arrived promptly, removed the debris and noticed missing ridge shingles and moss growing on one side of my roof. He was very efficient in making the necessary repairs, replacing missing shingles, lightly power washing only the portions of my roof that needed cleaning, and he applied a moss spray to control moss. He also cleaned my gutters, replaced downspout screens, and noticed and repaired a section of gutter that had failed and was beginning to cause damage to a fascia board. He and his helper cleaned the areas surrounding the house where debris had fallen during the cleaning. I
