+ 0 moreI called Mike, we played phone tag till we finally used email to set a time and date. He came out exactly on time. He explained everything, set things up and and showed me how to do it in the future. And he charged me $20. I was expecting to pay much more. He is a nice pleasant fellow who I will call again if I have computer problems.
Description of Work: I needed someone to reset my wireless router and security on my desk top computer.

+ -1 moreOverall, he was informed, professional, reasonably priced and very polite. I would recommend him for those annoying computer problems that are beyond your ability.
Description of Work: I was getting ready to pull the accounting information off of my computer for my taxes. The computer just quit running and after much frustration, I called Mike Klander and left a message. This was on a Saturday night and he immediately called me back and set up an appointment for Sunday afternoon. He was very prompt and very computer savy. He brought a part with him and replaced it very quickly. The computer was up and running again!!!
