 + -1 moreIt went great. The guy was timely, communicated well about the appointment, was speedy in his service, and explained things as he went. Although we'd only hired him to replace/rekey locks, he aligned a door lickety-split for me...much more efficiently than how we thought it had to be done (adjusting the door itself).
Description of Work: Of the 6 locks in our new home, replaced 2 and rekeyed the remaining so they all worked on the same key. Also aligned the lock/door better so that the lock would turn more easily.

 + -1 moreI had a break in.....he came to my house and replaced 2 locks and fixed the other locks so that i could use 1 key in all the locks. He also fixed a combination lock on my back door....and fixed the lock on my separate garage because it is used as a family room ...He arrived on time and was very professional.....

 + -1 moreGreg called to tell us he would be a little late, but that was only 20 minutes so was certainly acceptable. Greg replaced two deadbolt locks and one and quot;normaland quot; door knob lock. He was very personable, professional and finished the job in short order. All locks were keyed to work with one key. We would recommend Keywest for locksmith services.
