Description of Work: Price was reasonable. Work was done I one day which was amazing! I love the quality material and work was good. I think they tried to hurry a little too fast, but it was understandable because of the impending storm. I did find a roofing nail and shingle on the floor of my bedroom...Ouch! (Fell through the skylight) I would recommend and hire them again! They are in Bellingham, WA.

Description of Work: Our roof was in pretty bad shape due to damp conditions in Sudden valley and age. Joosten's provided an estimate that was dependent on the amount of plywood anticipated to be replaced under the shingles. The cost estimate was almost right on the final bill amount.The job was finished in a day and a half!

Description of Work: I signed contract with Paul Joostens to replace my roof. Paul Joostens sent several workers with little or no command of English to do the job. There was no supervision. Within weeks of the roof replacement, my attic showed that the roof was clearly leaking. There is now mold and severe damage in the attic. In my opinion, Joosten is an arrogant non caring roofer who takes advantage of old people. He is nasty when and I mean when I call. He sent out an inspector who said the problem was caused by my bathroom vent. This vent was installed when the house was built in 1991 and is certainly not the problem. You can see the roof dripping when it rains (everyday, folks). Our storage area has mold all around the bottom edge and the inspector said this was due to no venting (there is a vent) and because someone is sleeping in the storage area. This man, in my opinion, must be a friend of Joostens and an idiot. I am prepared to take any and all actions to make Joostens accountable for the problems I am experiencing in my house. The roof was replaced for esthetic reasons only (moss, plants on roof). There was and were NO LINKAGE problems before Joostens got hold of my roof. I wouldn't hire this man to wash my dog.
