James Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job. Conscientious, considerate, careful, personable, thorough, and professional.

It went very well. There were stains I was unable to remove, which they completely eliminated. The carpet looks beautiful. James and his son were thorough, efficient, and friendly.

It went extremely well from initial contact to the day of the cleaning. James came out with his adult son and they quickly and very professionally cleaned the carpets moving furniture, using styrofoam blocks, and plastic under furniture and lamps. They were very thorough, detailed, and knowledgable. I plan on hiring them again and definitely would recommend.

Right on time! Very Polite! Great customer service with a smile. The only issue I had is that the carpet was pretty wet when James was done. The one bedroom, not as bad. The stairway - a little wetter than I'm used too after a carpet cleaning. The office was very wet when he was done. It took almost two days to dry. The carpet in the office didn't come as clean as I would have liked thou it was pretty dirty before James started the cleaning. He probably removed at least 95% plus of the dirt. There is a slight odor to the carpet in the room now which I believe is because of the carpet and pad dampness. I presume it will fade over time. Again, he treated us very nice and was very fair with his pricing. I am pretty picky, so to most people - it would be a great deal.

James showed up on time, always a good sign for any service provider coming to my home. He pretreated the stains and shampooed the carpet in a timely and professional manner. The cost was reasonable. He was friendly and professional. The carpet dried in a reasonable amount of time. With previous providers the carpet stayed damp for over 24 hours, not something I wanted to repeat. I would recommend James Carpet Cleaning to others and will be calling him to come to my home again.

Very well. He works with his son and with two of them, they were done very quickly but did a thorough job.

I called James Carpet Cleaning on a Monday and he was able to come to our home on Wednesday. He showed up on time which shows both courtesy and professionalism. The job was done in the time frame expected. By the end of day the carpet was mostly dry (9:00 a.m. appointment) and there was only a faint pleasant odor, nothing strong or chemical smelling. Carpet looked clean and only the faintest traces of problem stains remained. I would recommend him to others and I would have him back again.
