Great guys to work with. They were very accommodating and careful with my furniture and where I wanted it placed. They wanted to make sure I was happy.

wonderful! Sagan and Kevin were great. They took care of our things, packed the truck appropriately and working in a timely manner.

Overall it was an okay experience. The movers were young men who had the proper tools to move our furniture safely, and they followed our instructions. The reason I'm giving this service a B is for one of my pet peeves - one of the movers stole my pen! They didn't have their own for signing the contracts, so I dug my favorite pen out of my purse. What with the flurry of dealing with all of our stuff, I neglected to make sure I got my pen back. This was really annoying, especially since I gave both of the movers a generous tip. I called afterwards to complain about my pen, and asked that they drop it back off later. Which, not surprisingly, did not happen. I was also called "hon" about a dozen times by the receptionist, another pet peeve of mine. Not the most professional company. Another note - they charge for travel, which means we actually got 1.25 hrs. of work for 2 hours of payment. I'm still not sure how that figured out. It seems that the job should start when the workers arrive - what other company requires that you pay for their travel time? Overall they were fine, but I'll look for other movers next time we need these services.

Jose and Kevin were great! We had a stumbling block on the original move date. High winds and rain prevented the guys from unloading trucks from the previous day so our time slot was going to be later afternoon instead of morning. My parents are 87 & 88 years old and have mild dementia. The move itself was extremely stressful for them and afternoon would have been catastrophic. Fortunately the guys called with a heads up and when I explained the situation they called the office to reschedule for first thing the next day. They even knocked $5/hour off the rate for the inconvenience. It was a blessing is disguise as we were able to be better prepared for their arrival. Jose and Kevin arrived right on time and were able to get everything transitioned in 4 hours. They were so kind to both of my parents that it put them at ease. I highly recommend! We intend to call them again when we need to move the rest of items to storage.

On both occasions, they crews were on time and professional. These were hard moves. The garage had appliance, tools, bicycyles, and many, many boxes. They moved everything were it went and placed it for us. The storage unit was filled to the top, and all of this had to be moved up a driveway and up stairs to various locations. I'll use Iron Movers again.

I needed to leave town unexpectedly at the end of my lease. This put me under tremendous pressure to move apartments on a very tight deadline, a problem compounded by having to work overtime at the same time. Iron Man movers were able to fit me on the schedule with 72 hours notice for a Sunday morning move. They arrived on time and were able to execute the directions i gave them for accessing the new apartment and placing the belongings without my need to be on-site. I don't have much stuff, so it only took them about 2.5 hours. The move went so well I recommended them to my friend who has a LOT more stuff, including furniture, and more complicated move needs (2 delivery locations). She also raved about their service.

It went great! I do wish they were able to take a local check...but I understand a lot of people write bad checks these days. We will absolutely call on them again! FYI - Our original home was built in 1984 - our huge addition (2016 sqft) and renovation was done in 2006.

This was one of the most stressful experiences in my life. One of the 2 movers, Spencer, was extremely rude, aggressive and disrespectful to my mother and not at all open to her requests and suggestions about the order of the loading or the placement of the items. When she asked him to adjust something or move it someplace else or anything similar, he just turned around and left to grab another item, ignoring her entirely, leaving the other mover to help my mother. All Spencer offered was comments like ?I?ve been doing it for 6 years and never damaged anything!? or mocked my mother?s careful wrapping of her white upholstered furniture with sarcastic utterings like ?Yeh, if it?s clean, it?s not damaged.? He never stopped to explain his loading strategy, why he placed things where he placed them, never assured her that they would be secured and covered and spaced properly. He just shoved her belongings irritatingly, muttered disrespectful and ill-tempered comments and left his partner to help my mother to reshuffle and rearrange her belongings so that they fit in the storage unit. After they moved the belongings from the condo into the truck, Spencer informed me they'd be taking a 20 minute break for which I would not be charged. Instead they arrived 45 minutes later. When going up to the storage unit in the elevator with them, I smelled alcohol. When the job was being wrapped up, Spencer presented me with a bill for what he claimed was a 3 hour 45 minute job. When I inquired why the time included the 45 minutes of the break and asked him to adjust the total accordingly, he refused and claimed that I had to sign the paper as it was written or he would drive away with my mother?s TV that was still in the truck. I tried calling their office, but got no answer and left a message instead. At that point I was going to call the police and told him so. He then violently threw the TV onto a loading cart and drove off in a fury. I submitted a written complaint the same evening and got an e-mail acknowledging its receipt from a secretary. She also informed me that I would be contacted by the owner within a few days. It is now over 6 months later and I have yet to hear from that owner. Nor did I ever get a refund for the break the movers got. They do require you to prepay, so if their estimate exceeds the actual amount of time, you may or may not get that difference back. I suppose it all depends on how professional the crew you got is. To be fair, I'd like to acknowledge that the other mover, Juan, was very helpful, without him the move would have been unbearable. Unfortunately, he was not the one in charge. Because of the bullying, threat of impounding, aggression and lack of response from the owner, I hired a different company to move the belongings from the storage to the new place. It was a bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Their "muscle men" Patrick and Jake, carefully and responsibly lifted many large and heavy items over, around, through and up a steep flight of stairs while having to step over many bags of "stuff" inadvertently in the way (garbage, packing crates, misc. dump-run trash, etc.) They then promptly placed it in our garage in a space saving and careful, self-designed and impromptu arrangement. All this with no complaints or problems. It was a difficult move. And, we will definitely use them again.

These guys work really hard. I believe the two young guys were Jacob (Jake) and Kevin. They were simply amazing, friendly, professional and worked crazy fast in 80+ degree weather. FABULOUS service. We will use them again in a heart beat.

These were the BEST movers I've ever worked with. They charge by the hour so I wondered how fast the guys would work. Our movers--Leo and Jacob--needed to slow down! It was the hottest day of the year and they hauled hard for four straight hours with very minimal break time. I kept encouraging them to rest. Not one scratch or break. Highly recommend.

Moved this heavy piece of furniture from one city to my city and to my home. Pick-up was right on time. Leo and Bam who were the Iron Man personnel were professional, pleasant, capable, on time in both directions. The furniture arrived on time and without any damage of any kind. The price was amazing but for the ease of scheduling and the painless move I would have paid more. I would hire them again in a second. I really appreciate the fine job this company did.

With many thanks to Chris and Steve, this was the most stress-free move we've ever had. When they arrived, they were friendly and eager to get to work. Most definitely, they had a professional demeanor, but also with a touch of lighthearted humor that helped to reduce the stress of moving for us. They communicated very clearly, including estimating how long they thought is was going to take, when they were "off the clock" momentarily and taking a short break (only once during the six hours), and then updated the ETA once we were well into the move. I quickly recognized that these guys are professionals. As an example, when the couch wouldn't quite fit out the door, they immediately recognized that the door needed to be removed--and they had the tools and experience to do that quickly, to get the couch out, and to properly reattach the door. Those with lesser experience may have disassembled the couch, which would have required much more time. In the end, they came in under the initial time/cost estimate, and overall conducted themselves with professionalism, true care for our belongings, and with positive attitude. After having had some terrible experiences with other movers (in Seattle), I can recommend this crew wholeheartedly. Regards, Tristan

I want to commend everyone at Iron Man Movers for this move. They were all incredible!!! First of all, let me talk about the team that moved us from Seattle to Lummi Island: We had Sagan, Jason, Jon, and Leo moving us out of our home in Seattle on Friday. They were just awesome! They were polite, friendly, fast and efficient, creative and careful. They took no time at all dis-assembling furniture. They clearly knew what they were doing. I couldn't believe that they could empty a 2800 sq. ft. house in 2 hours - Wow!! We expected to move in to our home on Lummi on Saturday; however, ran into a major snafu with closing late Friday night and had to call Saturday morning and make last-minute changes. Thanks so much to Kelly for her understanding and organization! She managed to save us money and figure out how to get our things delivered on Monday in spite of a very tight schedule on their part. On 12/29, Sagan, Jason, Jon, and Kyle showed up. Our new home is tucked onto the mountainside and is not easy to access at all. They were unable to use the ramp and had to carry all the furniture down a steep set of steps outside that are treacherous in the best of conditions. In addition, we had several heavy and bulky items going to the lower level. Again, through creative thinking and ingenuity, the crew figured out how to get everything quickly and efficiently unloaded. There were no mishaps, no nicks, no furniture malfunctions, and they were done in three hours, within the original estimated time frame and cost! Again, let me comment on how friendly and easy-going they all were despite several challenges. Clearly, we are very impressed with every aspect of this company and will recommend them to everyone we know. We hope if we EVER have to move again that we are assigned the same crew who moved us out and in this weekend.

It went extremely well. Team Richie was fantastic. they were prompt, professional, and worked very hard. They took very good care of my belongings and did not waste any time. I was very impressed and will most definitely use them again the next time I move.

It all went very well with "TEAM RICHIE". Two young men came on time and worked hard. They were very clear about the entire process and we got it all done in one day. That was a relief!

The two guys they sent were REALLY NICE GUYS who worked very hard all day long . They were face with a couple challenges and they dealt with them professionally and properly. They were extremely careful with our belongings and took great care to make sure we were happy at every stage of the job stuck around until all the work was completed and every box where we wanted it. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY THEY DID A GREAT JOB if I had one thng to say negative they were about 3 min late because of equipment issue but they showed up and came in under budget. GREAT JOB!!

I had an appointment at 10, and it took until 11:30 before I even got them on the phone. It was a computer mishap with the scheduling, but it took an hour and a half to fix this? They only offered me 15 dollars off per hour and the receptionist was extremely rude with me and did not even allow me to talk to the owner.

They were fantastic, finished on time, and all I had to do was sit there and supervise.

Iron Man was more than an hour late when I called and then told me their crew was busy with another job that took longer than expected. They did not call to say they would be late and the two original movers had the job almost done by the time they finally arrived.

Moved household from a San Juan island to Bellingham. Men were upbeat and polite. Arrangements were made on short notice; other than a bit of difficulty communicating initially (no response to phone messages)everything went like clockwork.

Although they were a bit late showing up, they worked very hard and got the job done without breaking anything. They were cooperative at the other end where we had them set up the furniture, even after we changed our minds once or twice. Their office is apparently not open at 8AM, so when they did not show up on time, my wife got worried, but they did show up. The actual cost was within a couple of hundred dollars of the estimate, which was good enough for me.

I phoned Saturday morning with dreams of getting the work done the same day. Iron Man squeezed us in for a same-day upstairs-downstairs move within our house. They phoned as soon as they could figure out about what time they could fit us in. And then the crew phoned with half and hour notice when they were headed our way, so we were able to make good use of the rest of our day, not sit around waiting and hoping. Our crew arrived in the early evening after already doing over 8 hours work for someone else. They were warm, cheerful, and above all, competent! They worked efficiently but safely - both for our furniture and for themselves. Our stairs are very steep with narrow treads plus there is a low-angled roof combined with a sharp corner at the top! I was too scared to ask neighbors for help, that someone would get hurt on those stairs. So I called in professionals. And they did it all with a spirit of generosity and pride. Lovely folks!

The movers arrived promptly and greeted us warmly with a query into our immediate concerns. Then they got started quickly and with great care. This company definitely goes the distance and more.

Brian and Jack (?) arrived exactly on time. The took great care not to damage landscaping and completed the entire move to include un-crating the safe and removing the packing in 30 minutes, while making a very difficult job look easy. They did such a good job that I gave them a $20 tip, something I rarely do. Can't recommend these guys too highly.
