+ -1 moreI had a problem with my laptop, mainly excess programs that were slowing it up and updates that were failing to happen. They cleaned up and got rid of data that was not needed. I am not very computer literate and John was very informative, easy to talk to and answered many questions I had (some, probably dumb questions). The service was prompt. I had my laptop back within 2 days. I would use them again for sure.

+ -1 moreThis was the first time that I used the. He gave me some advise, and he was very pleasant, and forthcoming. I liked him. I would recommend them.
Description of Work: I used Intellect Computer Svc. I spilled some wine on my computer, and so I took it to them, and they said there was nothing they could do about it. But they copied my hard drive onto another hard drive, and gave it to me.
