Herba Lawn

Bob, owner Herba Lawn, contacted me to submit a bid on a job I had advertised. The job was replacing the 30 year old skirting and rodent riddled insulation under my mobile home and replacing the back wall on my attached storage room. Took him 10 days to complete what he told me would be a 4-5 day job. Does not have employees of his own as promised. Makes mistakes and blames others. Broke drain under my home and offered to "hammer a board or something to hold it up in place and silicone it" as a possible fix. Man is too big to do some of the work he took on himself. After 5 days of little progress he brought on a man named Eric who knows his stuff and is a good worker however too little too late. Design I give and A. Price a F and execution for 5 days a F. Left parts undone and ended up not finishing the bid on job but rather refunding some of my money because I was so unhappy with his lack of performance. Complete nightmare. A Contractors license and insurance does NOT mean they know what they are doing or have the tools to do it. I had to remind him that vents were needed, find and buy them myself 3 days into the job. Started on a Monday not until 10:30 and left at lunch time, never came back. Tuesday same drill only that day his worker got sick so he left. Coming in early means around 9:30. Never called me to explain hold ups or delays.

I am very pleased with the outcome and I would recommend Herba Lawn to the community. Price was affordable and work was done right. We are very pleased.
