I had a low battery alarm sounding every three hours. Called three times, each time put into voice mail with Christine in the service department. She never returned my call. Finally spoke to the receptionist Amber who was very helpful and let me come and pick up a new battery. she also scheduled a technician to come out who was very nice. He Found several problems, did not have time to fix it, said that Christine would contact me to set up a follow up appointment. 5 days went by. No Christine. Have again called twice, no answer. If this is the kind of service they provide, I certainly do NOT feel in the least bit secure. I can just imagine my alarm being triggered in an emergency with no response. I would not recommend them and plan on finding a new alarm company.
