+ -1 moreAnother service provider had turned the gas off. It took him three minutes to notice that the gas was off. He turned it on, fired it up, and away it went. Feel free to use them anytime.
Description of Work: He came to diagnose the lack of professionalism from another company. The heat was not turning on.

Aaron came to my house (I was not home during the service) and left an inspection invoice stating the furnace was in good working order, but there was some rust on the heat exchanger, SO he recommended an "entire replacement of the furnace for safety". WHAT?? he also left a $4K quote for a new furnace that he had already printed out from the office, before even coming out and taking a look at my furnace! After a 30 min., angry phone discussion, he agreed to amend his paperwork to state that he recommended the heat exchanger be changed, since that is what his inspection could attest to. I am abhorred at the appearance of pre-determining that you will quote a client for an entire furnace replacement BEFORE seeing their current furnace.
