First of five leaks happened while he was working on the roof. They left for the day on Saturday knowing of a weather report for a severe storm on Sunday and took no protective measures. Storm resulted in a huge leak into the master bedroom. Major damage to walls, ceiling and windows. Also small leak inthe office that was easily repaired. After several callbacks to fix holes in the torchdown roof, we experienced another leak in the kitchen requireing another major repair and paint. 8 months later we had another major leak in the master bedroom requireing another ceiling and wall replacement and a leak at the front door. We contacted Mr Flores to return to the property to fix the leaks and he refused to do so. He told me to contact my lawyer, and I have done so. There was a 5 year written warranty on the roof work.

Started with discussion of what work would be preformed and suggestions of paint types and colors. Flores submitted contract and it was accepted. The house and garage were pressure wash and scraped. Then the crew primed bare spots and caulked all gaps. Next the trim, windows and doors were masked. Then house and garage got two coats of paint, doors got about six coats, and the trim got two coats. We couldn't be happier with the result. Flores actually found a couple of places he wasn't happy with and repainted those to satisfy himself. Another thing that was pretty impressive was how Flores worked around some rain showers and still completed the work in a few days. On a job like this, I waited to see if the walk would hold up over time before reporting. The work has held up very well. Responded to first call quickly, accomplished work scope in an appropriate timeframe, work was excelllent quality. Very friendly and polite. These guys are professionals and they do really good work. Willing to attack unusual problems. They have good solutions. I intend to use them again.

Flores and Sons did a terrific job! They were fast, very experienced, and demonstrated a sharp eye for details. Jose offered suggestions on how to solve issues we hadn't considered, and recommended solutions that would save us money - but get the job done right the first time! Jose took extra measures to powerwash the existing concrete - badly stained and worn; then repaired and sealed everything, uniting both new and old concrete chromatically. The finished entrance turned out far better than we expected.
