Description of Work: This was for motorcycle detailing. After a full day in their shop neither wheel had been cleaned even a little bit. They kept it overnight and gave me a loaner, but then called later in the evening to ask me to bring the loaner back at 7AM because they'd promised it to someone else. Even after 2 days the wheels were hardly detailed. They said they did a lot of bikes, but I doubt they did them as poorly as mine or they have few return customers. |

Description of Work: I had specific requests to thoroughly clean the dash and instrument panel as they were quite dirty from the previous owner being a smoker. The dash and panel were only wiped down with no attention given to my specific request. I've had MUCH BETTER detail services done elsewhere.

 + -1 morecar looked better, but not stellar, In the past when I have had it detailed it sparkled, here it was just clean, nothing special. there was a bit of confusion over the coupon i had, they kinda seemed to resent that i used one. all of my belongings were thrown into a box, from inside the console and glove box, not necessary, those areas should have been left alone, always have been in the past.. the box they used was flimsy and fell apart, all of my stuff ended up in the parking lot. just not professional ~

 + -1 moreScheduling was quick and efficient. They fixed what was in their scope of ability and didn't do what did not. Then they waxed and buffed it which was also done well. Because of the nature of a couple of the scratches they had a flexible estimate and some decisions that could only be made after the work began and I was out of contact. The results were very good and the price fair. The wax and buffing

 + -1 moreThe owner was very thorough in explaining the limitations of the repair. The result exceeded my expectation. My car does not look brand new. But I did not have $1000 body work job done. 95% of the dent is gone and the paint color matches exceedingly well. They were able to get me in right a way. I observed the the owner with other customers and he was very pleasant and responsive.

 + -1 moreThe shop was very professional. While I was waiting, I witnessed the personnel help several customers with the same professional efficiency that they showed me. When necessary, they sent a customer to another business to have their work done.
Description of Work: I had dent repair on my back (plastic) bumper. They also air brushed paint to cover the damage. They warned me that it would not look perfect (that only replacing the bumper with new would achieve that look). The bumper looks great. Better than I had expected.

 + -1 moreI dropped the car off early in the morning.. They have a great shuttle service and brought me back home. When the car was ready they picked me up and brought me back to the shop. I was impressed with the outer and inner appearance of the car. It smelled like a new car. They did a great job and the stains in the carpet were gone. Would highly recommend!!!
Description of Work: I brought in my 2001 Toyota Camray for a complete and through cleaning and detailing.

 + -1 moreAt first, although a bit apprehensive of the price and what their team could actually do, my fears dissolved when I saw my car - I was extremely pleased with the service and the results I received..
Description of Work: "Silver" final touch detail, paint chip repair (air brush paint) dent removal (paintless dent repair - 8 "dings" total). Along with the crew having to contend with a very dirty job, my grandson had vomited in the back seat a few days before. They cleaned and deodorized my auto w/ an "air bomb" and were able to remove most all stains and all odor. They were prompt, pleasant, professional, informative, willing to work with me and non-aggressive in their presentation of the different cleaning/reapair options available. They also advised me of the limitations of their repairs/cleaning abilities and were clear about what they could and could not do. Even then, after detailing, my car looked almost brand new, with almost all scratches/dents (of which there were many) gone! Although a bit pricey, it was well worth every penny! I have been complimented many times on how wonderful my car looked afterwards. Especially if you are considering selling your auto, this crew could detail your auto into tip-top shape, which would undoubtedly increase its value! I would not hesitate to take any of my autos back to Final Touch Auto Spa or to recommend their services to friends/family.

 + -1 moreExcellent - they even had a driver take me to my destination after I left my car with them.
Description of Work: I initially asked for just the interior of my car to be cleaned....but was convinced by the staff there that I would be much happier if I did the interior and exterior. They were so right!! The car looked so good that I walked right past it without recognizing it when I went to pick it up. It was more expensive than I had planned to spend - but absolutely worth it!!

 + -1 moreIt was a great experience. I had bought a used car for my daughter and wanted to have it detailed because the previous owner was a smoker. They looked the car over and made suggestions of what services to have done. They didn't push things I didn't want, and didn't try to sell me extra things I didn't need. They drove me home, and called the next morning to tell me the car was ready. Then they picked me up. When we inspected the car, it didn't smell as good as we'd hoped, and they offered to ozonate it at no charge. I will happily take my own cars back to Final Touch. I gave them a B on price because I think detailing is shockingly expensive; I don't know how their prices compare to other detailers... and it was worth it!
Description of Work: Complete auto detail: wash, wax, steam clean, headlights restored.
