Description of Work: Replaced inner bowl assembly for two Kohler Memoir toilets that were 12 years old.

Description of Work: The dispatcher fitted us in on the schedule that day. We had an outside faucet that wouldn't shut off. When they got there it DID shut off. But they put on a new handle anyway and told us that if there was still a problem after they left, they would not charge us for the next call. Good guys, good dispatcher - professional, knowledgable, courteous - an all around pleasure to deal with.

Description of Work: They came and installed a sump pump for us and so far all has been working well. They were quick and efficient and easy to get a hold of. We would use again.

Description of Work: Favinger handled a basic problem with bathroom fixtures. They are good but they do cost |a bit more than other plumbers.

Description of Work: As I said in a previous report, this is the only plumber that I will ever use again. That being said, we had company for Thanksgiving and one of our guests came out and said that we had a leaking toilet. He was pretty convincing, showing us water around the base of the toilet, wet toilet paper and a wet towel. It was strange to me because the toilet and home are new, although the original plumber was NOT my decision, but the builders.......... We did not use the toilet and called Favinger. I used to be fearful of calling plumbers before I met Favinger, but wacky as it sounds - I am certain - I was actually looking forward to seeing them again. They were scheduled for yesterday, but we were feeling really sick and I called them to see if I could re-schedule. The owner, Art, answered and was so obliging in scheduling it for today. Jordan and Travis arrived right on schedule. I had a call from Favinger a few minutes prior to their arrival. That is really appreciated. They both took off their shoes - WOW - came in and looked at the toilet. After flushing it several times - checking the seal and caulk and going all around the toilet, Jordan told me that the toilet was just fine and that the water/other liquid was caused by "something else"....... I got my checkbook out to pay them - for the call, and Jordan said there would be NO CHARGE. I simply cannot believe these people. I KNOW that I will have future plumbing issues/hot water tank etc and there is nobody else that I would call to handle any plumbing issue. I only wish that they had plumbed the house. I would have always felt as secure as I do now with Favinger. Everybody at this company is a joy and I will be stopping in prior to Christmas to say hello. Favinger and Jordan, I cannot thank you enough for all that you have done for me. I am a lucky woman to have been put in touch with you (a strong recommendation from a neighbour).
