It went fine. I am still using them on an ongoing basis. I thought the price was fair. They also do insulation, and I requested a bid, so it was the same company but a different department, and I had difficulty getting some one to come out. He calls and he comes out when he is supposed to.

It was alright. It’s an on-going service. They guy came through and did his usual checking and whatnot.

They were very prompt and professional. However, the technician made a lot of unrealistic promises and said that in his experience one visit was all that would be needed and that he had never returned for a second treatment. He asserted that the fleas would be gone in thirty days. But, later said that it might take a bit more. He said that he would come back for a second visit if necessary, but made no mention of charging for it. Total cost for two visits was $282.62 which is not unreasonable, but unexpected second visit charge. I had a total infestation of fleas and ticks in the entire condo and all of my clothes and bedding. I have no pets and few visitors. I keep a clean and neat home and had regular monthly cleaning for my home. They said that their treatment would kill all of the fleas, but after first treatment, I still had fleas but in much smaller numbers. The second treatment didn't seem to help matters much. When I called to appraise the company of the results, the first words out of the receptionists mouth was, "Did you vacuum every day?" There were no instructions to do so in the info that the driver left with me. I did vacuum regularly, but not every day. I interpreted her response as a ready made excuse for their failure to give me the desired results. It is now December 11, 2015 and I am still fighting fleas, although in greatly reduce numbers. First treatment was on September 18, 2015, the second on October 21, 2015. I have no desire to use this vendor again.

It went very good. Matt took care of the total rat infestation in our house and barn.

When Burt arrived 48 hours after our discovery, we opened the house to find scores of dead ants and only a handful of live ones. After walking the perimeter, he assessed that the sellers had engaged someone at move out to spray already, and that he would NOT recommend he treat at this time. He could EASILY have told us that "a follow up treatment is really critical right now" and we would have blindly spent the money. These folks have ethics and honestly beyond the average small business. He simply left us a firm quote for a future call if and when required.

Everything went smoothly. The nests and wasps were all taken care of.

They call each month to make an appointment, time is set as morning or afternoon and they will arrive within that time period. Service person has been really nice and knowledgeable. Same person comes each time so you do not have to show a new person the location of the traps. Few personal turnovers.

They are always on time. They call the day before the appointment. They are very consistent about closing things up when they leave. They really are just nice people, and when they are there they know how to be very respectful. They also always provide a detailed invoice after the work is completed letting us know exactly that they did for us.

They are very good but very busy. They do the work to your specifications and I have always been satisfied. I feel their prices are fair and reasonable.

They did a good job. I thought their charges were reasonable. They were persistent and made sure that the problem was totally under control. I don’t remember them being late. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

I've been using them for almost 10 years. They are very good, helpful and informative. Their communication is excellent and I am very, very happy.

Everything they said happened when they said it would happen. At this time we have no problems with the Carpenter ants.
