Worst experience ever. The yard was supposed to be level, but we get a large puddle in the middle of the yard every time we water, or it rains. The drainage we paid for does not work at all. The retaining wall was poorly built, and was considerably smaller than what we paid for. The soil was poor quality, but Gerardo assured us that with constant watering the hydroseed would grow. We watered twice a day for a month, and all we got was a bunch of mud. The grass that did grow was sparse and unhealthy. Gerardo did not do anything to help fix any of the issues, but instead replied to our concerns with rude emails. He did not follow through with any of his promises ( like providing sprinklers, doing the first mowing on the grass, follow up to make sure the grass is healthy, his 100% satisfaction guarantee, etc...) Ultimately, we sued Gerardo and his company, and won a judgement against him which after four months he still hasn't paid.
