+ -1 moreEric and his helpers did an excellent job cleaning all my many windows, including skylights and front door! I was very pleased with the outcome. I have invite him to come over twice per year to do the same job again!

+ 0 moreHere are some cool things about Eric: *He is extremely professional and takes his work very seriously. *He points out things that he thinks should be brought to our attention (e.g., moss on the roof, windows with broken seals) and suggests solutions. *He is very flexible about timing and always punctual. *I trust him implicitly and do not feel the need to be here all the time. *He is careful about things like not letting the cat out and not tracking in dirt. *He always cleans up the debris he clears off our roof and out of our gutters. *He is kind about doing extra things we need (e.g., changing high-up light bulbs and cleaning ceiling fans) for a very reasonable charge. Really, our windows couldn't be in better hands.
Description of Work: Eric Duran has been cleaning my windows (also gutters and roof) for about 10 years; he comes twice a year, doing "the full job" in the spring and washing just the front windows in the fall.
