Description of Work: Replace tub with walk-in shower

Description of Work: We hire them to remodel our bathroom. We wanted the bathroom to be more accessable for my husband who is in a wheelchair. The designer tried several plans to accomadate our bathroom with my husbands needs. Most of the plans were beyond what we wanted or could afford. She was profeessional and personable. The owner came up with a more reasonable plan that was more in line with what we could afford and was what we were thinking of . The work was done by outside contractors that Dreammaker hired. The plumber came on the agreed upon time and did excellant work. The tiler did excellant work but didn't always always come at the agreed upon time.The tile was put too close to the door frame . My husband pointed this out to the finish worker and he said he saw this and he would adjust accordingly . The door shuts but isn't flush against the frame. There is a large gap all around the door frame . The finish does not sit flush against the walls When I pointed out to the owner of Dreammaker that there was a gap all around the door and a large gap at the top of the door he said it was because the bathroom was " too small " and later said it was because the wall was "not even". He put a large amount of puddy on the top of the door to fill in the gap instead of fixing it correctly and cutting out the excess tile so the door would shut tight against the frame. We told him we were not happy with this "fix" and I told him this would never be OK in a house in Edgemoor and it wasn't OK with us. He told me the door closed "just fine." I pointed out there was a considerable gap above the tile all around the shower and he filled it in with a grey colored puddy which I had to paint over as grey did not go with the color scheme. Dreammaker did not ask my husband what color he wanted for the new shower head and handles but put in silver colored shower items. The designer had picked out a brown color tile and flooring which we agreed to . We thought the shower head and handles would be brass or copper to complement the color scheme.
