Received a call, on our main number - a cell phone, from tech to confirm our address and directions. He arrived, diagnosed the fridge with a "bad inverter" then confirmed the number he had called on his way here was the best number to call. There was also an old phone number in their system for us, we told him we had not had that number for 5 or 6 years and it needed to be deleted. Ironically, when my husband set up the appointment, the gentleman he spoke to located us under our old number so my husband gave him our updated information to put in their system. The updated number was the one the tech called to confirm directions to get here, he also said they would be calling us on that number the following day, however, we did not receive the call the tech had promised. The tech was supposed to call with information on the price and availability of the part, plus the cost to install it. Fortunately, we had kept our old refrigerator and we were able to use it. After not hearing anything back from Dewaard and Bode for 22 (after 18 we called several times and left messages) days we signed up for Angies List, got Lehmann's Appliance Service information, called and the next day they had our fridge up and running again. After we had it set up for repair with Lehmann's, we finally received a return call from Dewaard and Bode regarding the cost of repairing the fridge. Their reason for not calling? They didn't have a good phone number for us. Yeah? Right - they were able to call us to get directions, they made sure they had the right number while here, yet they didn't have a working number, supposedly they tried for 5 days to call us on our old number. The ridiculousness of them not using our correct phone number ended up advantageous to us in the long run. It would have cost us $406 + taxes at Dewaard and Bode, but our total bill (with taxes) at Lehmann's was $348.28, a savings of close to $90. - can't beat that!

The salesman was very helpful and explained various options available on dishwashers. We felt comfortable going with his recommendations. The dishwasher was installed in less than a week. The installer was on time, courteous, and obviously knew what he was doing. An overall excellent experience.

They sold me the dishwasher and I have had them do services for me in the past. They're really good, they have very nice, very knowledgeable, young appliance repair men.

Reported the damanged door upon delivery. Have called several times and was promised a replacement is coming. One replacement did arrive but it too was damaged and had to be sent back.

My experience was great. They provided great service.
