Mike, Brian, Erin, Matt, Tim, and Dylan are all wonderful to work with and they are determined to provide the best possible outcome for you. I worked primarily with Mike and Matt and was so impressed overall with their work and responsible/professional demeanors that I felt compelled to provide each of them with a bonus payment for their work. They were unfailingly polite, put up with my daily nattering, and produced a house I can look at with admiration. This was not an easy spring for painting - a lot of rain, wind, and inclement weather in general - but they did their best to come as close to a finish date as we could expect, and they did not fail. While I might sound a little over-the-top, I cannot express adequately my appreciation for both the work they provided me but also the regard with which I as treated. Thank you to all of the painters!

Steve and his team (Mike, Brian and Colin) were amazing. Very professional, courteous punctual, clean, etc. They did a great job in a timely manner and went well above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend them and I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

We contacted Steve in early July to get the exterior of the house painted. At the time we weren't sure if we wanted to just do the trim and decorative shingles, but eventually we decided to paint the entire exterior. Throughout the process Steve was great in answering our questions. Steve was also upfront with us that it would be a few months before they were able to get to our house which was okay with us. In the end, the painters were here within a week of the estimated time. Colin and Brian were our main painters and were friendly, efficient and did a great job! Since we were getting things done in October, they did a good job of flexing their schedule based on the weather, including coming on the weekend to finish things up. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the transparency of the process. We would definitely use them again!

The painters were very professional and did a great job. The house looks fantastic! We have several very large storm windows that likely hadn't been removed in years. The painters broke one trying to remove it and Steve appropriately paid for the repair. It was great not to have to argue about it!

I was very impressed with Steve's knowledge and the time he took inspecting the exterior of our home before bidding on the project. After receiving his bid, as well as a few others, we chose to go with Community Strength Painters. While the price was more than we were expecting (and the highest of the bids we received) we felt confident that the job would be done right and that there wouldn't be any surprises. He was also very open to discussing ways that we could cut down the cost (i.e. doing prep work in the off season, painting some of the trim ourselves) without lessening the quality of the job. I am excited to have Steve and his crew out this August to paint our home and will add another review when the work is complete.

As was the case with the previous work cone for us, the surface preparation, scraping and priming and application of two finish coats was accomplished quickly and efficiently, and the final product looks great. The job was done in about half the time Steve estimated it would take, and since he works on a and quot;time plus materialsand quot; basis, the price was excellent. I don't even think about going out for bids when I have painting work to do: Steve is honest, thorough, produces quality work and is a pleasure to deal with. What's not to like?

+ was responsive to changes in paint colors + lots of labor scraping and sanding 2 sides of the house +some repair work, a little of the repair had to be reworked after my inspection + last issue raised was overspray on glass railing - a week later they haven't got back to me +overall the paint work was very good, they were considerate of my tenants, and they communicated any concerns to me

Best house repair/renovation experience I have ever had. The owner (Steve Pacheaco) is very conscientious and takes great pride in the work his company does. The work crew was very competent, professional, and courteous. We were given some good advice on primer and paint selection to ensure the light yellow paint we selected would cover the old grey paint. As an avid gardener, I was also very pleased to see that the painting crew (Mike and Brian) were very careful not to damage the extensive flower beds around the house. We are very pleased with the attention to detail they showed in carrying out the work, especially in doing the trim. The neighbors are blown-away by how great the house looks.

Steve came by to look at our house and took his time to inspect the existing paint and caulking and work up a detailed estimate. He determined that the paint was in good shape and that we only really needed to paint the front of the house since it was the side exposed to the sun and rain. This saved us a lot of money. We also wanted to change trim colors and add a contrasting color to the front gables and Steve was able to work with us and guide us toward some colors that we had in mind. Unfortunately, after they painted the front trim, we decided that we didn't like the trim color. I wish they had just painted a little bit and then consulted with us to determine if that truly was the trim color we liked. They were able to re-paint the trim with a new color, however at additional charge to us. Steve's crew was efficient, neat, and professional and it appeared that they were experienced painters. After they completed the job, I noticed a few spots that needed touching-up. Steve had a painter return to the house promptly to do touch-up. Overall, except for the increase in price from the original estimate, I am satisfied and would use them again for future painting projects.

It went very well. In contrast to 2 other bidders, Steve made a very careful survey of the project prior to submitting his bid, and pointed out some reconstruction work needed on several windows that had been subject to weather damage (which I was aware of) which he felt should precede the painting. He even recommended a carpenter to help with the repairs, who turned out to be very helpful. After those repairs were completed, he had his crew pressure wash the house, carefully scrape, prime and prep the surfaces to be painted, and paint all trim, fascia board, and the wooden deck frame and railing. He matched paint colors to our home's siding beautifully and accurately. His crew was efficient, very careful with our property, and did an excellent job, following which they cleaned up so well that one couldn't tell they'd been working here. Final appearance was exactly what we were looking for. Steve's initial bid was accurate and realistic. Price was appropriate. The job was done in the agreed upon time frame. I will certainly think first of this outfit for future painting needs.

I was truly impressed with this company and crew; after a poor quality job 10 years ago, I was willing to pay almost double for a truly professional job, with attention to detail, and that's what I got. The crew of 2-4 young men showed up promptly every day, worked remarkably hard, with only one break in the morning and afternoon. They were responsive to my questions and concerns, were careful with my plants and property, cleaned up every night after work. I never felt like I needed to keep an eye on them, as i had with the first crew, because they were more detail-oriented than I am...and that's saying something! They worked from 7:30-5:30 or longer nearly every dry day. They never complained about the high ladders, having to protect the houseplants, and had no trouble scaling my tower and steep rooflines. The crew foreman was respectful and competent, we communicated clearly; he noticed and repaired an unexpected wall problem and pointed out several other problems requiring attention -- normal for in old house, and I was grateful that they took the time to consult with me about those. Their prep work was done with special attention to detail, and now the house is done, I am truly thrilled with it. It took them 19 hours longer than estimated, but they did not charge me for that....It was certainly not cheap, but I definitely got what I paid for. I am really happy with their work and would hire them again in a flash, but because of their fine work I luckily I won't need to repaint my house again for a very long time! Steve Pacheaco of CSPAINTING INC. and his painting crew did an extraordinary job painting the entire interior of our home. Steve was very prompt in responding to our inquiries and giving us a bid on the job. He bid the job giving us a 'winter discount' on the hourly rate and even passed on to us his discount on purchasing the Benjamin Moore paint. This alone saved us a lot of money. We had a number of questions along the way and a few changes here and there including splitting the job into 2 parts to accommodate the holidays and visiting family. Steve took all of this in stride and did what was needed to make us happy. His painting crew did an excellent job along with always being prompt and professional. Mike Emslie, who lead the crew, was the best. He is a top notch painter that works quickly while still paying attention to every detail. He constantly checked his work and if something didn't look just right he fixed it. What was even more impressive was the fact that if I saw something I didn't think was just right, Mike was more than happy to make it right. My wife and I were very apprehensive about having someone paint our home since I had always done it myself in the past. I am very particular and can be a pain in the behind at times, especially when I'm spending a lot of money to have something done. I want it done right and CSPAINTING INC. did just that . The house turned out beautifully and it saved me a great deal of time, work, and aggravation. I would recommend Steve and his company to anyone.

We contacted CSP regarding the project and received a phone call within 24 hours to set up an appointment. Upon a detailed inspection of our house, Steve provided bids for various scenerios: interior only, exterior trim only, entire exterior. He answered all questions we posed, and made several suggestions regarding the project. We settled on an approximate start date and the project started on time. The entire job took 8 1/2 days (Steve estimated eight) with adequate workers. The workers did an excellent job and were polite, friendly and very quiet. They cleaned up every day as best as possible and when the job was completed, they removed every trace of evidence that they had ever been in our home. Not a drop of paint was found anywhere other than on the surfaces meant to be painted. We are very pleased with the finished project and would highly recommend CSP to anyone looking for a professional painting job.

I could not be more pleased with Steve and his crew. Steve kept me up to date on when the job would likely start (scheduling was a little unpredictable with the wet spring weather), recommended the right paint products for the job and even called the paint manufacturer to get answers on application of a new product that we ended up using on the pergolas. The crew was great - experienced, punctual, efficient, clean, thoughtful and friendly. The price was competitive, the job was started and finished when promised and the finished product is fabulous. I had had two prior experiences hiring painters and both were nightmares so I was a little nervous about this job which was the first re-painting of our 10-year-old home. I am an avid gardener and have many plants abutting the house foundation. I had pretty much assumed that plants would be trampled during the painting process. Instead, the crew bent over backwards to be careful, without being asked, and did a fabulous paint job. I watched Drew literally creep and crawl around my climbing hydrangea to paint the wall of the garage, and then help me entwine the akebia vine over one of the taller pergolas where he was painting and where I couldn't reach (he was also careful not to disturb the robin in the nearby nest). Micheal, the lead man on our crew, kept everything focused, yet was flexible when colors were changed at the last minute. I will definitely hire Community Strength Painters again.

From initial assessment of the job through completion of the last detail, Community Strength Painters provided thorough and professional craftsmanship of the highest quality in painting the exterior of our two-story LP siding-clad house. Steve's supervision of the job and communication with us was impressive; we appreciated his daily onsite presence and review of the work, as well as his advice and explanations. The painters were very thorough in preparing the house for painting; this is particularly crucial with LP siding, which required caulking at each seam prior to painting. Kyle and John were outstanding for the professional and responsible approach they brought to the job each day. They were consistently on time, reliable, personable, and meticulous in their task, and they exercised care and good judgment, all of which resulted in a superb outcome. We valued their consideration of our neighbors and us while preparing and painting the house. While Community Strength Painters did not offer the least expensive estimate, we chose them because of strong positive recommendations, Steve's expertise in dealing with the peculiarities of exterior painting in the Pacific Northwest--particularly on LP siding--and because of his interest in supporting environmentally responsible methods. Upon completion of the work (and five years later), we definitely think we made the right choice. The cost of our project was reasonable considering the time and care that went into the job; their attention to detail and commitment to a properly done task are what we value in Community Strength Painters.
