Description of Work: My carpet was ridiculously badly stained in both traffic areas and by multiple pets. We are expecting a lot of guests during the next week due to my son's wedding. I plan to replace the carpet but can't do it this year. Chem-Dry brought my carpet at least to a state where it won't embarrass my in the short term. Plus it just plain smells better. The price reflects the extra effort to remove cat urine stains left by an elderly incontinent cat who has departed this vale of tears. I would hire this company again and I do recommend their services.

+ -1 moreServiceman wore uniform and arrived one time, cordially introducing himself. He and his wife have owned the business for several years and I felt very comfortable with the serviceman in my home. He was careful with my furniture and paid attention to all requests I made.
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning of wall-to-wall off white carpeting that is cleaned every year, and spot cleaned throughout the year. Most of my house has wood floors, so only master bedroom, guest room, and two sets of stairs were cleaned. While I think this company was very professional, I think steam cleaning cleans carpets better.

Description of Work: They came in and did a partial cleaning. They did a cleaning and a stain fighter and also a healthy home package that fights bacteria. They came on a day and time that I wanted. My overall experience with them was excellent. I will use them again in the future.
