+ -1 moreDan came out to provide a quote, and also made some recommendations for future work. It was easy to get on CAZ's schedule, and Dan was very communicative throughout the process. The work was done on time and within the quote provided. We didn't pass the air quality test the first time, so that delayed things a bit but Dan made sure to come back the next morning to hook our water heater back up which I very much appreciated! They were very diligent in making sure we were satisfied - we noticed that some of the panel nails still had patches stuck to them, and CAZ came right back out to do a thorough cleanup.
Description of Work: We determined that the paneling in our garage was ~20% asbestos, as well as the mastic in laundry room floor linoleum. We hired CAZ for the removal of both.

Description of Work: Used there thermo imaging service to located the hydronic heating tubes in concrete slab floor so holes could be drilled to inject foam to raise and level the slab where it had subsided.

+ -1 moreCommunication was great. Tenants commented that they could feel a real difference . Kyle (the supervisor I dealt with) talked frankly about projects really worth doing and those with less than stellar payback. No push just professionalism with a nice percentage of friendly.
Description of Work: Replaced all ductwork under both sides of duplex, air sealed the floor plane, rodent proofed crawl space, vented bath fan through roof, and add insulation to disturbed area.
