+ -1 moreVery well. I hired Olen Miller to do an appraisal on my property. He was pleasant, efficient, professional, prompt, timely and his price was fair. I asked him to update the appraisal two years later, which he did; and he did not charge a full appraisal price, since the base work had already been accomplished in 2016.

After our on site meeting, he sent me a report of comparable properties that included closed sales and on the market offerings showing the basis for his valuation. The offer my husband and I made was accepted, and we purchased the property.
Description of Work: I wanted/needed an appraisal for a five-acre parcel of undeveloped rural land.
