+ -1 moreThey did a great job. While it did take a while, they told me upfront that they would be squeezing my job into whatever lulls might occur in their other jobs so couldn't promise me a completion date. In any case, the wait was worth it!
Description of Work: I needed them to strip and refinish two new kitchen base cabinets that had been custom-built to match my 1980s-vintage existing cabinets. The builder had done a much poorer job on the finishing than on the construction, unfortunately, so it needed to be redone.

Description of Work: refinished a 1924 Baby Grand Piano. We paid 1/2 of the cost of refinishing our family heirloom piano and eagerly waited through the four months we had been told to expect completion to take. After no word for five months we contacted them by phone only to be told that work had not been started yet. Apparently another more lucrative job was accepted in the meantime. My wife wrote a letter to the Barbo's expressing her disappointment and the piano was completed a couple of months later. The work was outstanding and the piano is beautiful and we are quite happy with it. Very poor communication however, thus the grade
