Description of Work: Adjusted strike plates on entry way door so dead bolt would engage.

+ -1 moreExcellent work. Nice guy. Fair price. I appreciated that he first tried to repair and clean our old lock -- successfully -- instead of immediately going to a more expensive new lock and requiring new keys for all my employees. Good stuff.

+ -1 moreHe arrived an hour late. He repaired the prblem with the lock in a timely manner. He was polite and went right to work. I was going to have something else replaced but his truck was not replenished with supplys. My feeling about punctuality, in this day and age where Our own time to be home for repairs is not respect is reflected in this review.

Description of Work: I called Arrow Lock Service after locking myself out of my studio. From the initial phone call to the completion of the work, Jonathan was courteous, friendly, prompt, professional and very reasonably priced. He arrived exactly when scheduled and got the lock open quickly and with no damage. I would be happy to recommend Arrow Lock Service, and I would gladly use them again.
