AQUI ESTA TILE CO

They did a reasonably good job except for 2 things, the person who gave the estimate wasn't the person who did the work. The person who came out was uninformed about what all needed to be done. The counter where the sink was, they covered up the electrical plug so nothing could be put in, I had to call them to come back out and fix it. They had to put tile down by the bathtub because our new one was smaller than the old one. We luckily had the pieces. And they were supposed to re-grout the old tile that was there and the 1st time I really scrubbed it, it was back to how it was before they re-grouted it. The grout is just not there, it didn't really last a month. The grout is really what needs redone.

What a great experience! I was first impressed with the wide array of products. And the service was great. I have laid over 5,000 square feet of tile myself and am extremely demanding about how it's done, and Mitch, the installer, far exceeded my expectations. Larry, store owner, was terrific to work with. I highly recommend this great family-owned company.

Excellent. After visiting Aqui Esta's showroom and picking out our tile, Larry, the owner, came to our home to measure and view the rooms and then promptly submitted his bid. It was a bid and not an estimate - an important difference. Larry had Eugene and his assistant, Alex, of Tile Craft do the installation. They came when scheduled and worked all week to complete the job on time. The quality of installation was excellent. This is our second time to deal with Aqui Esta and if we need tile work done in the future will use them again.
