I initially hired Air Plus to do maintenance on our fireplace insert. We had just acquired a home and wanted to make sure everything was in good working order. We were moving into a new neighborhood so we did not know anyone. Saw reviews about Milo and went with him/Air Plus. He arrived on time and was a decent conversationalist and quite knowledgeable about fireplaces. Unit looked like new and ran very well once he was finished. He showed us a few pointers on how to run it and maintain it. I asked if he had time to check out our furnace which also needed maintenance and he had the time so he added that to his work. So he completed both jobs in one visit which was good for us with our work schedules being so unpredictable. Bottom line: he did a great job, everything runs great, he was efficient and we are happy customers.

When the repair person came to my house to give me a quote on fixing my fan blower. When he heading up our street he saw to horses walking on the road and he stop and was trying to help the horses staying safe. It took about half an hour before the horses were safe in their field. Is someone cares about helping horses and safety of them tells me that his work will be great. He did a super job and was very good on the price of the repair.

I made an furnace inspection in a house I had purchased. Milo responded quickly and by the time he arrived (on time) my furnace had stopped working. He diagnosed the problem and fixed other other potential problems. He he was organized, compitent and friendly. He is coming back this week to install an air filter which the furnace lacked. We spent a cold night, but warmed up quickly after Milo arrived. Thank you for professional and friendly work.
