Previously I had hired two other companies to come out and fix my leaky gutters but they continued to leak. Then I hired Maintenance Plus who found the problem that the others had missed. We just had our first big fall storm and, lo and behold, the gutters didn't leak. Thank you Maintenance Plus!

Milo was quick to respond, on time and knocked job of furnace and fire insert maintenance in a couple of hours. Only reason its not 5 stars across the board is I really have no reference for comparison. I think he is very good, knowledgeable and have hired him to do some more work insulating and finishing some undone work in my attic.

I'd give Milo ten stars if I could! Another company quoted me an outrageous price for a major air conditioning repair that I did not need; Milo was completely honest and professional with me -- and fixed my air conditioning unit for one-tenth the price I would have paid the other company (whose estimator was "out on the golf course" when I called for help). So happy I found Maintenance Plus! Most definitely a company I would use again.

Milo is a skilled, professional heating and air conditioning journeyman technician and has been in the trade for eight years. I was surprised to learn that he is also a skilled wood craftsman. So in addition to maintaining my furnace system he refinished my teak dining room table and repaired a broken table leg. He works efficiently for furnace or wood repair.
