Excellent job on the carpets.

Carpets were nicely and professionally cleaned. Personnel were pleasant and polite. I even received a thank you note in the mail. I intend to use this company again in the future.

it went really well. they were super responsive, very punctual, and they didn't charge me for the stain removal service even though they tried several products to get the strains out. the carpet without strains cleaned nicely.

Carpet was very soiled, five years old, and never cleaned previously. The two men did a great job, and I am very pleased. They showed up as scheduled, very professional and efficient.

Everything went great. I called and spoke with Grant and gave him an idea of the size of the area that needed to be cleaned. He gave me a quote and we set up a time. He was very professional. He showed up right on time and did a great job. My Tennant said everything looked great. We are very happy with the service and will use this service in the future!

Perfect. The owner/cleaner made contact prior to his visit, showed up on time, and completed the cleaning in an efficient and effective manner.

It was great. They are wonderful. We will use them again. They are very professional, very responsive and an excellent job. They were very thorough and the carpet not only looks good but stays clean for quite a while which was not in our experience before. He was very good.

The carpets did not look that much better after cleaning especially next to the baseboards.

I had tough stains from coffee/tea etc. and red dye from wax candles... some stains from slate floor dirt were a bit tougher to completely remove

The guy at Bellingham Carpet & Floor Cleaners did a good job. He used a couple of different methods to clean my carpet, like low moisture or a water extraction. I liked the low moisture method myself.

Had our carpets cleaned and deodorized for sale of house. Grant was fast. The carpets were clean, fresh smelling and bone dry quickly. We were in the process of moving out of the house so the place was a real mess. Used other services before with mixed reviews. The greatest thing about this service is how fast everything dries. Can't see why anyone would have their carpets cleaned and wet for days. He also cleaned our wool area rugs. They are beautiful again. You can't go wrong with this guy. Thanks.

The job was fairly large but did not take any time at all.

They are the only ones that we have clean. It's a privately owned business. He uses an environment friendly cleaner and does a very nice job. I would highly recommend them. He is always prompt and very thorough. He takes care of everything and well he leaves everything is perfectly clean. He does my daughter's too. The price is very fair.

I called Grant on Wednesday night. He called me back on Thursday. He met me at my house promptly at 12:30 on Friday, during my lunch hour. He was professional and nice. I told him what I needed and he did a fantastic job. I had a lot of pet stains and all of them where gone when I got home. He didn't try to up sell me. I was very impressed with how fast he was able to fit me in and that he is a local company that uses green practices. I would definitely use him again in the future.

He arrived on time and reviewed the carpeting and discussed any specific issues such as odors, etc. He was courteous and professional and not too chatty. He got started right away and worked diligently until finished. He finished within the time he had estimated. He left me with a bottle of non-toxic spot remover. He was respectful of my home; he wore booties while he cleaned and offered me a pair as well to wear while the carpet dried. His method of cleaning does not soak the carpet so it dried in about an hour. I definitely noticed the carpet was much cleaner and there was a clean odor but it was not perfumy or overpowering. The carpet pile was "fluffed" and looked like new again.
