Excellent service, excellent work. i have used this company every year for almost 15 years. Professional, polite and respectful, easy to book appointments, punctual and good communication. This is a quality small business with high standards that you would expect from anyone working in your home.

We have used this company many times in the past over the last 4 years for window washing service at our house and at our daughter's house. Each time, we were very pleased with their work, the reasonable price, their friendliness and focus to get the job done well. I want to give them all A's because of past experiences that were very good. Unfortunately, I am unable to do so for this year's experience. I am sad to say the work never happen due to scheduling kerfluffles with Christine and some other personal famlly challenges of hers. We had scheduled a July date months in advance, then changed the date once to accommodate Christine and her assistant when another job of theirs took longer than expected. We were planning to be out of town on that second date and thought we had clearly communicated that they could come and do the outside windows while we were gone, then come back and do the inside windows at another time TBA. This didn't happen. After we got home, we called, played telephone tag, we wanted to try and discuss what was going wrong and try to set a firm date for them to come and do inside/outside windows. The last phone call with Christine -- we said we still needed the work done and wanted her to do it, asked her to please call back after reviewing the work schedule, etc., etc. She never called back. It surprised me because I thought we had a good working relationship, we paid on time, understood she was having a hard time of it and couldn't understand why we were dropped, unless she was so busy they didn't need our business??? So, we ended up contacting a different company to get our windows washed this summer.

Lovely! Very clean, not just the glass, but the grooves around them, hard to reach places. Sweet people!!! I really can't remember what I paid them. It seemed fair, but not generally within our budget. But I often recommend them to friends They were GREAT!

They always do a great job. We've had A Boy, A Girl & A Squeegee come out here several times.
