Good job on the house, but did not clean up or finish the deck. It rained on the deck the last day of painting and the paint ran. He promised to come back many times, but no deal. This happened two years ago, and he promised me he would come back. Bad business man, don't hire him or a least don't pay him until every last detail is done!
