I called Wipliance on a Friday after hours and got a call back that night to arrange a time to come and look at my job. We ended up having to reschedule that initial meeting due to the heavy snow but they had very good communication with me about them not being able to show up and arranging for a new time. After we discussed the job we arranged for a time to do the work. On the day of the job they showed up on-time, were professional, worked hard and got the job done quicker than I expected. They kept their workspace clean, were careful with my cat (so she didn?t get in the crawl space) and even remembered to close the hatch to the outside crawl space (which is something that most contractors never remember to do). Their work was very good and I have had no issues with any of it. I will definitely use them again.

They are pretty good and pretty responsive. I thought they were pretty good overall. I think they should maybe clear up some of the communication between the manager and people who are installing. Maybe there could be a little communication improvement there. Other than that, overall their service is pretty good. They're expensive. I don't think they're the most expensive, but they are definitely not the cheapest.

Sean and Grant are both easy to work with: 1. They always showed up on time and finished work as promised, actually a bit earlier than that. 2. They're flexible: they also did some extra wiring in the family room and the study upon request.

I contacted Wipliance to perform a home theater installation for my townhouse. David Averill visited my home and sat down with me to perform an in-depth consultation for my project. We talked for a few hours and covered everything from equipment recommendations to in-wall wiring. He was a pleasure to chat with, and seemed to grasp what I wanted very quickly. He was also knowledgeable about the product, and I ended up going with one of his recommendations even though I had already picked out another speaker system. Over the course of a few weeks, David and I planned my installation over email and by phone. He was always prompt in returning my calls and messages. I have to commend David for his patience and diligence as I basically researched and micromanaged every detail of the project. He also came through for me in a big way when, of his own accord, he found me a great deal on a TV from another local retailer. He saved me a ton of money even though he didn't stand to make a dime on the purchase. David also price-matched deals that I found for other equipment. Overall, he provided a very competitive quote for his services. After the details had been finalized, Jason and Dominic came out to perform the actual installation. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They asked plenty of questions to ensure we were all on the same page. Jason was able to minimize drywall damage by performing a thorough investigation and discovering an existing power conduit. He also installed a second subwoofer plate connecter, giving me options should I ever want to add a sub or move my existing one. After connecting everything, they performed a basic calibration of my surround system, provided some basic programming on the universal remote, and made sure everything was working and playing nicely together. I do wish that they had taken a little more care as my TV and speakers were mounted a little crooked, and some of my furniture came away with some minor damage. My spare set of keys that I provided to them also went missing temporarily, but luckily I was able to locate them after some hunting. Despite those blips, I'm still very happy with how everything went, and how my new system looks and sounds. I would definitely use Wipliance again, or recommend them to family and friends.

Wipliance were professional but I thought the quote was a little high. Their idea to install the television wasn't what we were looking for. They said it couldn't be done they way we wanted and we ended up using someone else that did get the job done.

I rec'd a prompt response to my inital inquiry from Dave and his detailed bid soon after. He continued to work with my contractor (I had a family room remodel in process at the same time) to set an appointment that would work with the remodel schedule. The installer Josh arrived promptly on time on the appointed date. He did a great job with the installation. Everything was neat and tidy afterwards and working perfectly, no thanks to Comcast. Josh set everything up, so in the future if we added other components to the system it would be much easier. He was great in explaining to a very non-technical person how everything worked. Dave and Josh were both a pleasure to work with and I would definitely use them again.

Work was completed with very good overall quality and workmanship, other than an accidental puncture of the external siding of my home. This required me to source an estimate and contract separately for the repair, though the cost was deducted from my Wipliance invoice. Communication was clear and very responsive, and all employees were very professional and friendly. Negotiations for the components were reasonable; pricing for both the hardward and labor were higher than the lowest available but within a fair range. One disappointment was the higher-than-expected amount of coordination we had to do among the various contractors, even the OBOT Electric staff that works for Wipliance's parent/sister company. We expected more of a combined, integrated package of hardware and installation. I would recommend Wipliance with these slight reservations. The overall experience is positive.

The installers at WiPliance did an excellent job during the installation and overall I am extremely happy with the result. The recommendations made by their team were also very good. There were a few billing mishaps, so that would be my only negative comment.

I called at 7:15 right after they opened. They were extremely helpful and friendly. I was told they werre quite busy but could possibly free up some time for a small job. THey called me back in about 45 minutes with a price bid and said they could be at my house at 11:00 the same day. They arrived at exactly 11:00 and went right to work. I am extremely happy and would use them again. Highly recommended. They were prompt, friendly and technically excellent.

We just bought a house in Woodinville, and I had met the company at the Home Show. I set up a consultation at my home. The owner of the company, came to my home and offered multiple choices to satisfy my budget. I did plenty of research via on-line for the products I was about to buy (TV and Sono's system), and purchasing the product through them saved me money. The actual instillation went flawless. It was a three day project (overall), and everyone of their employees who walked through my door were professional & respectful to my family and I. The actual system itself is extremely user friendly, and has more than paid for itself through the entertainment gratification we've gotten out of the system. Next is lighting on my house, and they will be the first people I will be calling...Thanks again to the team at WIPLIANCE!!!!
