We have an older house with existing speakers that are now functional and we use all the time. Our TV's sound system was not so great. Now we can hear everything. They were neat, nice and very professional. I would recommend to anyone?Our cords have never been so neat!

Had an initial consultation over the phone and email to provide details for them to diagnose and recommend solutions. We then scheduled a date and time (a specific time, NOT a 4-hour time block!) at which the repairman promptly arrived. Work was performed quickly, professionally, and effectively. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future!

I could not be happier about the service, professionalism, and results of this work by Wipliance. They gave me a good quote and actually came in under budget. Anton and Josh showed up on time, were very professional and courteous, and were actually very excited about their work (as was I). The results look fantastic and I can't say enough about the way they thought through problems they encountered and came up with great solutions. Now my TV and all speakers are wire-free (not showing at all), and the system sounds and functions great. I would definitely hire them again.

They knew all the nuances of working in my condo complex. Sean Peterson did all my quoting and was very detailed describing why he chose all the components they did. Their install team was an absolute pleasure to work with and very friendly. They also coordinated all the electrical work and were very neat. I had made a number of changes throughout the quoting process and after accepting the quote and they took all of this into acct to ensure I had what I needed without overcharging me. Would definitely recommend them. They are not the cheapest offering , but I believe you get what you pay for. I went with them based on a set of Angieslist recommendations and was glad I did

Lee Travis REALLY knows what he is doing. He made a site survey even though he knew that most of the sound system was already in place and that his opportunity for further sales was limited. He provided, at no charge, very valuable advice about my system, which I followed, resulting in a 100% improvement in sound quality. In addition, I purchased two ceiling speakers from him to complete my sound system, and had his team do the installation. Results were perfect. In the future, I plan to back out most of my current components (purchased at Best Buy) and go with recommendations for upgrades from WiPliance. If you really care about the quality of your system, DO NOT GO TO THE BIG BOX STORES. Those clowns don't know what they are talking about, and you will be disappointed at the results.

Did a great job but kind of pricey.

Crew was ontime and mounting work was done well. I originally only wanted the TV mounted. When crew arrived, they upsold me on hiding the wires in the wall. After trying for 20 minutes, the crew was unable to complete the wiring change. At $150.00/hour labor, that lost time cost me.

They are pros, very knowledgeable, up on the latest technology, very responsive. If you want the cheapest guy on the block you are going to get what you pay for. They have good value, can match any budget but will do it the right way.

Very professional and communicative throughout the entire process. The one thing i would change is during the consultation and quote period...since there is a wide range of integrated complete systems that can get really expensive is to qualify with the buyer what level (total look and functionality) of end result they want. It might be useful to present a good, better, best end case so the buyer can evaluate along a set of price points to make a decision. I found i had to do this through the process through trial and error. I would recommend and use wipliance again. They are excellent and trustworthy.

Pete was fantastic! Very thorough, smart and knowledgeable. If he didn't know something, he would find out and give me the information. He was a great troubleshooter, developed a solution and made certain the system would work correctly before he would sign off on the service. My system had a glitch and Pete was on it right away and followed up to correct the issue. I would use WiPliance and refer to friends.

Pete was a very pleasant individual. He got here a little early but emailed and called to let me know and see if it were ok. He and his colleague (I can't remember his name, sorry) were very attentive to my requests. They gave me great advice about how to mount the TV for the best viewing and enjoyment of the TV. I would definitely use them again!

They came on-time to our appointment, were knowledgable and efficient in doing the work. Overall it was a great experience. We have already had them out to do additional work and plan to have them help us with more in the future.

Overall, the experience was excellent. They break their crews into high-voltage and low-voltage. We had the high-voltage guys in for 3 days while they re-wired a significant portion of the house. Installing new outlets and converting old outlets to grounded. They also ran power to the hot tub and installed new overhead lighting. I was met by the guy who coordinates everything, he ran through everything we needed. Gave us an estimate that was fairly accurate. The low-voltage guys did a great job hanging the TVs and wiring up all of our devices (DVR,DVD player, cable boxes, video game systems) They all installed surround sound speakers for some of the TVs Overall very professional, I never felt like I didn't know what was going on, or the work I was being charged for.

I had a new condo and a neighbor concerned about noise bleeding through a shared wall from my living room into her bedroom. Pete from Wipliance came over and ran through a couple of scenarios with myself and my neighbor to minimize the amount of noise that would leak through to her unit. Pete ran through a few options for my rear speakers which I wanted to have mounted behind my couch: he proposed in-wall wiring and conduits mounted against the walls, floor, or ceiling. In the end, even though it would be the most time-consuming option, I decided to have Pete run the wires through my walls and ceiling. We decided not to mount the front speakers on the wall; I bought speaker stands for those in the event that I'd want to add sound-dampening insulation to the shared wall later. Pete ran cables through my walls and ceiling to mount the rear speakers and subwoofer behind my couch. The end result looks great: there are fewer cables visible than at my old apartment, where I had strung cables and conduits all over the place, and the system works great. I now have 5 small holes that need to be patched; Pete recommended a drywall company that can fix and repaint those areas. They're coming next week. Although we tested the system before Pete started running cables, Pete did not test or calibrate it afterwards. The next day I tried to watch a video and noticed no bass; it turned out that the subwoofer and one of the satellites weren't emitting any sound. I called Pete back and he came in to fix the issue with no extra charge. He apologized profusely, saying that testing and calibration should always be done with a job like this. Including the follow-up visit, Pete took about 6 hours to wire up my place for sound. Wipliance doesn't work weekends at regular rates but I appreciated that they can start as early as 7:00 AM so as to reduce interference with my work schedule. Although there was some drilling and drywall work necessary to run the cables, he was very clean and professional. All the cabling is neat and clean and Pete walked me through all the work he had done. Despite the testing snafu, I would still recommend Wipliance as a good-quality installer for wiring. I particularly appreciated Pete's patience and professionalism in discussing options with myself and my noise-conscious neighbor.

His team came out and completed their work in a professional manner. Everything worked great until three days after the install. The cable box and BD would not send a video signal to the TV. Sean's team came back and replaced the receiver. It still didn't work, they switched out the receiver for another brand it still didn't work. At this point, we decided to forego the HDMI connections for video and just use component video. This worked well. We figured it was the age of my TV. Despite spending considerable extra hours figuring this out, Wipliance didn't charge anything extra. These guys get the job done and do it professionally.When I do decide to upgrade my TV, these guys will be the first guys I call. Thanks Sean!

Sean came out to do an estimate within a few days of the request. He provided a lot of information on what kind of monitoring a house typical of mine would need, as well as other options like smoke detection. We agreed upon what needed to be installed, but there was some mis-communication because I thought all the windows would be covered and we ended up needing a few more monitors. We set up a date and time with an estimated installation time of 4 1/2 hours. We scheduled such that I could get to work for the latter half of the day. Jason showed up right on time and got to work installing the components after a few minutes discussion about where the control panel should be placed. This work was completed fairly quickly. However, when it came to getting the system registered with the monitoring service, he ran into problems. Had it been researched prior to installation, he would have known that an account for Wipliance first needed to be set up so that customer accounts could then be subsequently added through it. Since he'd installed assuming the account number in question was the customer account, the whole thing needed to be reversed out and started over. It took many phone calls and many hours to figure all this out, taking up the entire day. At the end of the day, the system still wasn't being monitored and wasn't accessible via the mobile app. There was still some confusion with how the account was set up that needed to be fixed with the providers. The following Monday, those were completed without another visit. Jason had to come out once more for a couple hours to install the remaining sensors missing from the first estimate. My only real complaint is with preparedness. I understood from the start that this was a new system and the first that Wipliance was going to install for a customer. Even still, the process of getting connected up with the monitoring service and the TotalConnect accessibility should have been researched before the installation took place. Had that been done, the installer account needed to perform those functions would also have been set up in advance. All that said, everyone I dealt with from Wipliance was very courteous and professional and they've discounted the service to compensate for the problems with the install to my satisfaction. I've got more home electrical work to do for the stereo system and lighting and intend to use them again.

The entire process and service was outstanding! All the way thru consultation to the full installation and follow up Q&A. Everything was top notch. Lee, Grant and Tyler were great!
