We were ready to sell our house. Warrick Minnie had left flyers over the years, stating that he was an expert on our neighborhood (Brettonwood in Bellevue), so I contacted him. He came out and gave the house a thorough looking over, and suggested repairs and updates we could make that would make the house more attractive to buyers - for instance, replacing the carpet. He referred us to contractors who could do the work for us at good prices. Since we both work, his wife would come by our house (they live just around the corner) to let contractors, etc. in for us - priceless! He provided a great deal of support in a very challenging time for us. The house took a couple of months to sell, and ended up going for less than he estimated, but we were very satisfied with all his work for us. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the area.
Description of Work: Mr. Minnie helped us sell our house in a difficult market. He gave us a great deal of advice on getting our house ready to put on the market, and referred us to contractors who did the work at good prices.

Many thanks to Member for the opportunity to provide guidance & represent them professionally with the marketing & selling of their home in East Bellevue. They sought & acted upon my professional advise on how to best achieve the highest & best price, in the shortest time reasonably possible, which did culminate with them achieving their desired result in a still difficult market at that time. Due to seller financial concessions made to the buyers after their structural inspection, the net result was a little lower than originally expected, but still fair to all parties, all things considered. My thanks again.
