Description of Work: Trius Home Performance installed vents in our crawl space, air sealed the crawl space/floor, and insulated the duct work and crawl space/floor of our home. This project was completed through City of Seattle's Community Power Works Project. The work was completed in a timely manner and as expected. We will be using them again to air seal and insulate our attic.

Description of Work: Trius added more insulation in my attic. They also did seal the larger holes in the attic to reduce the home's uncontrolled air leakage. All work was well done and on time. Santos especially was very pleasant to work with and followed up on every item
