Awesome service and better results then we could have expected! Originally, we had only wanted new lighting over a dark counter-top and sink. We called Titan and easily made an appointment for them to come out the next day and they showed up on-time. When we called Titan we THOUGHT we knew what we wanted but, after "Brett" explained some options and showed us a variety of different types of lights that were smaller, brighter, and offered a directional beam, we were happy to get his expertise. He also shared some ideas on some different layout designs that we were really impressed with! We asked him to look at our living room which only had plug-ins for lamps and no ceiling lights, and he offered some suggestions that we immediately liked and agreed on! The next day "Roger" came to our home and installed the lights in both our kitchen and living room. As ceiling lights were new in the living room, Roger had to run power to them and also needed to install wall switches to turn them on and off. We were very happy with his suggestion to convert existing single switches used for other purposes, to double switch plates to include the new living room lights. The new wiring had him working in the attic and bringing wires down to the new switches. We were consulted with the distance from the wall we wanted the lights and were surprised by how important the differences were. The circular cuts in the ceiling for the lights and in those for the wall switches were really precision and everything was swept and vacuumed so there was no mess. We were most impressed with the addition of a dimmer to control the amount of light that was focused on art and photographs--it really gives us the ability to control the mood of the room and we love it! Our kitchen is now brightly lit by the addition of three lights over the counter/sink and two others along each of the other two walls. The new lighting has dramatically improved our kitchen's appearance. The kitchen now comes alive with bright lighting, yet the lights are small and unobtrusive, making a really classy presentation. We're really impressed with the service and design suggestions by Titan and impressed with how simple, yet well-designed lighting can transform any room.
