Three Sixty Solutions

We purchased a new appliance, and the wall against which it was to be installed was damaged. So, we wanted the wall repaired prior to delivery of the appliance. I told Jeff what we needed, even sending photos of the wall to be repaired and repainted. He agreed to a work date and time that was acceptable to me (although just barely -- he asked to do the work the morning of the day that the new appliance was scheduled for delivery). The quoted price was a bit high, but that was due to his "5 hour minimum charge" and it was acceptable in order to get the work done in a timely manner. On the agreed-upon date and time, no one showed up from Three Sixty Solutions to do the work. I called Jeff, but after several rings the phone went to voicemail so I left a message. I also emailed him, asking where his worker was. Less than an hour later, Jeff called me, apologizing for dropping the ball. He came to our house himself to do the work, and the final product was high in quality. Also, it was completed prior to the scheduled appliance delivery. Although Jeff did indeed fail to properly schedule my job per his earlier agreement, he did all that he could do to make it right once I notified him of the error. I acknowledge that mistakes happen, and I appreciated his professional and rapid response to try to still meet my needs.

I reached out to Jeff after reading great reviews here and on Yelp. Every interaction I had with him was pleasant and professional. He was on time to do the estimate, was extremely thorough when walking through the house, asking questions about what we wanted, etc. He quickly turned around an estimate, which was actually the lowest of the 3 I got (by about $1000), and when I had questions for him via email he always responded immediately. We were not yet living in the house but had a timeframe during which we wanted the work done. Even though this is the busy time for painting exteriors, Jeff got creative with how he would use his teams (working evenings, weekends, etc) so that we could be worked in. He sent a detailed template to me of the choices we had made. Overall, I had the utmost confidence in their ability to do the job and do it extremely well and I would've been extremely happy to hire them. The only reason I didn't was because of timing - another company was able to get in and do the work sooner and faster. To be honest, I still sort of kick myself for not hiring Jeff and next summer when we need to paint the exterior I will be reaching out to him again (and probably only him).

Jeff and his team were great. We needed to get a condo on the market quickly, and needed paint and carpet before doing so. Three Sixty was able to paint the condo the day after it was vacated, and they got carpet installed very soon thereafter. Because I was traveling, they picked out the paint and carpet for me, and they did a great job with it. They came in on time and on budget. I was very happy with the work and would use them again.

Excellent! Could not be happier. We received quotes from three different painters. Jeff from 360 was inline for the best price and we really like his attention to detail. He brought one of his painters with him during the initial walk through to help point out specifics and get a really detailed scope of the work. Jeff and his guys showed up when they said they would. They worked late a few nights, and the Saturday before Christmas to get the job done early so we could get settled before the holiday. They cleaned up and neatly stored their equipment where we agreed and they did a really good job of cleaning up the house after the work was completed. The walls looks so good that they now make us want to paint the the trim and doors to bring them up to the same standard. We plan on using Jeff and his crew again for the interior trim and for the exterior in the spring.
